Carter and his team are true professionals, who's experience and hard work shows in every interaction! My husband and I thank them immensely for all the work to make our home buying sucessful. In the past, I have worked with mortgage brokers that just couldn't seem to get their act together. Constant "Oh by the way, we now need this", followed up with "ASAP". We understand there is always a bit of that, but Carter made sure the list of required documents was outlined well, and communication was always quick and clear, even faster than we would have expected! The team at American Pacific did an outstanding job making our home purchase happen! Carter and Grant were both very diligent, knowledgeable, and expedient in the whole process with our VA loan. Either by phone, text, or email, any question I had for them was answered within minutes, and they would reach out the moment there was an update in the process to make sure I was well informed. From the day we did the pre-approval, to the day our loan funded there was never a doubt there would take care of me. There are other good lenders out there, but these gentlemen were fantastic.

Carter went above and beyond! His quick response and assistance with the HOA and FHA certification helped my buyers get their offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. He promptly responded to all communication, calls, texts and email. The seller's agents were very pleased with the ease of the loan process. In addition to all of this, during the loan process he managed to get the buyers into a down payment assistance program, they are now able to plan their dream wedding. I’ve purchased four homes with various lenders during my life, and Carter and his team helped me out on my latest one. It was by far the easiest and most straightforward loan process I’ve had out of all of them. Carter’s entire team completely understood the current housing market and interest rate issues, they walked us through each step and were very honest and direct about what payments would look like. In the end, everything turned out to be a little cheaper than I thought, and I credit that to the honest and forward approach of estimating everything on the higher side as a “just in case”. I highly recommend Carter and his team if you’re in the market to purchase a home and need a lender!

Carter & Grant were great to work with. We had some hoops to jump through to get the loan done and they handled them with ease. Grant checked in with us every Friday to make sure we did not need anything before the weekend. The team was very knowledgeable and they were always available when needed.

Carter and Grant at American Pacific Mortgage did a fantastic job making everything simple and effective. From our initial offer until we close, they were outstanding. Carter navigated the changing mortgage interest rate market while Grant kept it all moving along nicely.
