In a year of changes, Summer continued to be a steady constant through a difficult process. Upfront communication and thoughtfulness over a year and a half searching for just the right house (during a pandemic of all things). When the time came Summer and the team kept us well informed and educated at every step. Even after securing our home, Summer has continued to reach out and answer our questions. We have been working with Summer since 2004 when she financed the purchase of the home we currently live in. Since then, as interest rates have continued to decline, we refinanced 4 times, just completing our 4 round today.
