Jeff has taken care of my mother twice in refinancing her home. The first time was shortly after my father died and we needed to reorganize her finances. The second time was recently when she needed to refinance again in order to make her payments smaller. Both times Jeff has been exceptionally helpful and kind. He has shown great patience in dealing with our needs and has made the process speedy and painless. We highly recommend him to anyone needing financial services whether that be mortgages or other types of financial needs. He is the best!

Jeff England was our mortgage specialist and he and his staff did a fantastic job at closing our zero down home loan in record time. They were polite and professional, and Jeff contacted us when the rates went lower and helped us lock in the lowest rate we could have gotten (As low as the electronic billboards advertise off the freeway). Jeff was with us to answer questions when we signed the loan papers, and even got us money back on our closing. A fantastic and professional experience from start to finish, with no surprises and no delays. We highly recommend working with Jeff for your home financing needs.

Jeff was fantastic to work with. Very patient...and I ask a LOT of questions. He knew what to expect and the projected timeline for deadlines, which was very helpful to me as a 1st time home buyer. Jeff was available to email or call when it was convenient for me. His response time was super quick-always got back to me immediately (even when he was at a work function out of the office). Jeff did a fantastic job at helping us get a mortgage at a great rate and as quickly as possible. He was always on top of the ball, emailing me with updates and documents to sign and gather as we needed them. He was also extremely accessible. Anytime I had a question, which happened quite a bit, I would give him a call and he always answered and gave me as much time as I needed.

Highly recommend this guy for any of your mortgage needs!
