Melanie was very knowledgable about the common issues you run into with homes in the St. Louis area. She's clearly seen the whole spectrum of houses and she is quick to give advice and point out concerns that need to be considered during a home purchase. On top of that she was super responsive and hardworking to get the deal put together and closed in the timeline we needed. Can't recommend her enough!

There is not enough praise, appreciation, and gratitude I can express to Melanie for everything she did to help me find my new home!! The whole process was new to me, which made me feel extremely anxious and overwhelmed, but from the very first moment Melanie spoke my stress levels significantly lowered. Her genuine care and commitment to helping me was very apparent and I knew I was in great hands. She was so incredibly fun to work with, and never made me feel like a bother when I would continually text her. She kept me grounded, sane, and was super encouraging when I would get discouraged after an offer was not accepted.

Our family recently moved to St Louis from Florida. We had many specific needs to accommodate our child with special needs and a blended family with elderly grandparents living with us. Melanie understood everything. She helped direct us to good school districts, neighborhoods we might like, and homes that worked for us. She was informed about the St Louis Matket and knew exactly where we should focus our searches. She helped us buy quickly and efficiently and our close had very little drama. She is a wealth of information for a new family settling in the area. We feel like we made our first friend in St Louis.

I had never worked with a Buyer's agent before, but I would be surprised if there is a better agent than Melanie. Melanie was personable, professional, thorough, and highly organized throughout the purchasing process of my new home. She provided friendly reminders, advice, and names of reputable contacts (painters, movers, carpet cleaners, dog fence companies, and a dozen others). By the end of the process, I felt like I was working with a good friend. She even bought me a nice gift basket from The Smoke House, which she remembered is one of my favorite stores. With the expert assistance Melanie provided, we sold our home much faster than we anticipated! We were initially worried we wouldn't be able to find our next home in enough time but Melanie was there for us to calm our nerves with practical guidance every step of the way. We ended up double closing very smoothly and we're currently in our new home and loving it!
