Mary Lou is the best by far! She never leaves anything to chance! Twenty years ago she found me a great condo that I liked and could afford. Never tried to oversell something more expensive!

Two days ago, Mary Lou helped me sell that condo! I less than 24 hours, I sold it for a great offer! I needed to move thanks to injuries I substained 2 years ago. Got the closing done with precise accuracy. And she works with all types of clients!

Mary Lou and her team were fantastic! She sold our condo for way more than I expected was possible. I live out of state, which I assumed would present all kinds of logistical problems for us. Mary Lou handled everything for us and was able to get multiple offers within days! I was dreading the sales process, but Mary Lou made it incredibly easy. She constantly stayed in touch with us and provided excellent advice. I would definitely recommend her and her team to others.

Mary Lou's reputation preceded her and did not disappoint. Her knowledge of the area and market set us right where we needed to be for selling our condo while we were looking to buy a house. It was a complicated transaction but Mary Lou was right there every step of the way and helped make it as smooth as possible.

Mary was everything you could ask for in a first time solo home buyer! She worked all hours of the day, walked me thru the details and steps of the process, kept me informed of every step of the process, and pushed all the right buttons to coordinate with other agents to get the work done behind the scenes to meet deadlines. She assisted with referrals for my unique moving situation, as well as necessary old home updates, and new home improvement contractors. Fantastic relator and fantastic person! Mary Lou did not have an easy job selling my property, and she got it done for me! She was the third realator I used to sell my condo, and I wish I would have contacted her the first time! I don't think Mary Lou sleeps; her response time is incredible! She managed decisions weighing my output of cost to make improvements vs. benefit, and she was very conscientious with every decision. And, she never gave up!
