Mike was phenomenal to work with; a very knowledgable, helpful, professional, attentive and sincere person. I would recommend Mike in a heart beat. He made the purchasing side of our relocation from TX to St. Louis seamless. He listened to and understood our requirements of a new home, helped us find what we were looking for in the area we were wanting and navigated us through the home buying process during COVID restrictions. He has great understanding and knowledge of his market and guided us through making a sound choice for our fixer upper mid century modern home. Even though he was our buying agent and didn't have anything to do with selling our home in TX, he and his team went above and beyond to help provide solutions to problems we faced on the selling side as well. Mike was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to help me find my perfect first home. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and also helped educate me on issues that may come up on an inspection as well as answering questions on what would be feasible in terms of updates for each house. Michael was very professional and provided a lot of tips that helped our home sell fast and for what we were asking. He had great recommendations for any fixes required with the inspection and was very knowledgeable about the requirements for Jefferson County and in regard to the relocation process. I'd gladly recommend him to friends and family in the St. Louis area.

We relocated from Dubuque IA. Our home search process evolved over a 3 year period. Through it all, Mike represented, and treated us, in a very professional manner. Mr. Lewis could always answer any questions for me, and if he wasn't certain he would always find out.

If I ever emailed or called Mr. Lewis he always answered back, if not the same day then the next. He was always good about being available.
