Susanne is one of the most well informed realtors that we have worked with. She is super knowledgeable when it comes to looking for the right house and location desired. She is very honest and will give you her unbiased opinion when it comes to houses. During the time we were searching for a house Susanne was proactive and efficient, always avaliable when we had questions and when we were too busy to go see a house of interest, she goes above and beyond her duties to go see places for us and give us her thoughts on it. I moved to the St. Louis area from Germany. For me it was important to find a neighborhood that was safe and resembled what I left in terms of restaurant-choices, uniqueness and walkability. Susanne has seen a lot of the world herself, so she understands the needs and wants of people that come from different cultures. She is a great listener and a reliable contact partner for all kinds of questions that come with moving to a different country.
Throughout the whole process of finding a home, Susanne was always by my side when I had questions and patiently waited through the first stressful months of my relocation until I had the time and was in the right headspace to look at places. One of the main things I appreciated about working with her is that I never felt pressured to make a decision. When trying to find the right fit for myself, it felt good to feel like we could take a look at an infinite amount of places but there would never be pressure to commit to one if it did not feel right. Throughout the house hunting phase as well as the closing phase, Susanne was always flexible, accommodating and very responsive. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I also very much appreciated that she explained every step of the process to me. The added service of finding the right home insurance and setting up utilities was also great.
If it wasn’t for my current mortgage already, I would be out house hunting with Susanne again today.

With today's market, I have to admit I wondered just how important was the agent when houses are selling themselves. Sue Watkins proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt her involvement in this process meant a huge difference. She had great suggestions in preparing my house prior to the listing. She knew what needed attention and what could be left alone. She was always readily available when I had questions or even wanted her to come take a look at something as we were getting the house ready. Although my house was only on the market a couple of days (didn't even make it to the open house - yay), she constantly kept in touch letting me know of showings and the multiple offers we received. And this is when she really shined! She negotiated on my behalf with the best offers and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

So, if you're getting ready to sell and thinking like I was, do not sell short the importance of a veteran, conscientious, agent. Sue was there from the very beginning to the very end and then some. I STRONGLY recommend her!

Susanne was wonderful, she helped me get an FHA loan during the crazy summer of over-bidding and cash offers.
After the offer was accepted, there was a fire in the house I was purchasing. This meant months of dealing with material shortages and contractor issues. Susanne has known me for a long time and knew that this house was the perfect fit for me. With the many delays and issues with contractors I know I was having second thoughts. Susanne was always there listening and reassuring me.

Susanne and Melissa were able to get me into a house when I thought it might be impossible. They have a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of the process and provided excellent and timely advice. We had really great experience with Susanne and Melissa. We recently moved to St. Louis area from another state. At first when we were out of state and liked few listings, on our request Susanne visited those houses very promptly and gave her real opinion. Even when we arrived here, we visited quite a few houses and finally we found the right house. Susanne and Melissa are very experienced and know lots of things which were not aware of as a first time house buyer in MO. We found perfect house in our budget and in a good school district. If I could choose more than five stars, Susanne would get them no question. Seriously, I wouldn’t have this house without her. She went out of her way to do anything and everything to help me. She’s the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with too. You don’t text or call her and wait until the next day to hear from her. This insane house market is not a very easy or friendly place to be right now, and she was the very best person I could have possibly run into hands down. Not only did I find literally the best possible real estate agent, I made an amazing friend in the process. I’m having her over for barbecue soon. We still talk all the time and I’ve been in my house for almost a month now. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and family and really anybody I know is in the market for a home, renting or buying. Bottom line, if you’re not using Susanne you might be missing out on your perfect home.
