Stephanie handles the listing process including generating requisite documents, ensuring accurate data is input in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), enhancing industry websites, and creating and distributing marketing collateral. She communicates with clients, coordinates open houses and agent tours, and provides reports, updates, and feedback from the time your home goes on the market until it goes under contract. Additionally, she helps manage the day-to-day operations for our office.
