Debbie was extremely helpful throughout the home buying process! During the final walkthrough, Debbie noticed an issue and got the seller to take care of it before closing. Without Debbie advocating on my behalf, I don't believe the sellers would have accepted my offer, on the house, in the first place.

Debbie was excellent. She provided us with great recommendations for the local area. She was prompt to answer questions. When it came to closing and the final walkthrough, Debbie was there to handle all the last-minute concerns and issues. Without Debbie advocating for us, we don't believe we would have been able to close on our new home. She was hands down the best to work with to find a new home!

Debbie did a great job from start to finish. She answered all questions quickly provided examples of properties exactly along the lines of what criteria I gave her and provided excellent comments regarding the properties.

She also provided a very useful list after the sale completed of other professionals are needed to make minor improvements to the property purchased.

She does a great job, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Debbie is AMAZING. She was by far the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. In a hot market she helped us get an awesome house under list price and made sure we got everything we wanted in the sale. She was endlessly helpful and available at all times to help us with all the little odds and ends of buying a house. I'd trust Debbie to buy or sell any house and if we had a kid we'd name them after her.

Debbie far exceeded our expectations. From the beginning of our journey to find a new home, Debbie was there for us. She answered all of our questions and did so in a very professional and kind way. Debbie always returned our phone calls and kept us abreast of what was happening. She ALWAYS responded to let us know what the status was, and she was quick to arrange viewings. There were times we had questions that she did not have the answers to at that moment, but she always obtained the information and relayed it to us. If we should ever need a real estate agent again, I would seek Debbie out. I have nothing but the highest regard for Debbie and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Debbie helped us find our dream home. She was patient with me while I looked and while I was developing the final idea of what I wanted.

She was extremely helpful with the actual purchase part of the process, making sure we got our paperwork done in time for our closing, recommending service providers as needed (inspector, mortgage company...).
