I could not have asked more from a realtor. Robert listened to my list of must haves & found me great houses that gave me most if not all on the list. Then when I changed up, switched out, decided on other must haves, he smiled & followed my new list. He was always professional while his gentle demeanor was calming in the sometimes emotionally chaotic climate of home buying. He discussed strategies for bidding but never w/a heavy hand and was always respectful of my opinions & decisions.
This current market is tough but Robert kept everything on an even keel. I’m in my perfect house in a great neighborhood and it’s because of Robert that I’m here. He’s just the best!

While I am usually a researcher, I first met Robert and his colleague Karen by chance when I reached out about a property I had seen through an app and was directed to their company, Berkshire Hathaway. I now know how lucky I was! As a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of questions and only a semi-formed plan for what I needed and wanted out of a home. Robert and Karen patiently walked me through each step, lending their honest opinions and expertise to make my search as easy and painless as possible. Robert's willingness to accommodate to availability and listing interests - even through bad weather - really made me feel he understood how important this decision was for me. And Karen's decades of experience in real estate and her frequent communication throughout the inspection-closing process helped me feel confident that each detail was being taken care of. I definitely cannot recommend Robert, Karen, and Berkshire Hathaway enough!

Robert did a great job for us. Never once told us “what we want” or what we should buy. No high pressure tactics. He listened to us more than talked to us. All questions were answered thoughtfully. If he didn’t know something, he got back to us with the right right information rather than just blerting out some B. S. answer.
Do I recommend Robert? Damned right I do!
