Diane was wonderful throughout a long search to downsize from our beloved home of 35 years. She was patient, sincere, and positive, always soundly advising us. Diane listened to our wants and needs which allowed her to have our best interests at heart.

When we finally found our condo, she told us to act promptly which we di, submitting a contract guiding us through every step. She made it so easy and thought of everything! A week later we listed our house with her and it sold in three days with us getting an offer over our asking price.

Her professionalism and experience were were invaluable to us and we will always be grateful.

Diane was amazing to work with! It was obvious from the start that Diane’s priority was finding us a house that met our needs that we would love to call home. This was the second fantastic house Diane found for us! She was incredibly patient and available throughout the home buying process. Her industry knowledge is superior. She is truly invested in her clients and will pursue every last detail until the deal is closed. She treats her clients like family. We would never use any other agent to help us buy or sell! Diane was always on top of everything! I rarely had to wait for a response and if the response would take longer, she let me know that it would! She listened to what was important to me, helped me in the entire process, and helped me figure out what was best for me. I appreciate her willingness to give advice when I asked and listened to me when I was trying to process things out for myself. She is kind and firm with the process, which is very necessary, and I greatly appreciated that quality of hers. For a first time home buyer, I never felt lost and I truly felt like she was my teammate, rather than coach or fan. Buying a house is not an easy process, but the easiest part was being able to trust that she would be there with me. That is priceless. I am beyond happy that I chose to work with Diane and I hope, in the future, I get to work with her again!

Diane is such a great real estate agent to have on your side. With me she was very punctual in walking through the selling calendar, and always provided me with great counsel as to what my next steps should be. Diane's marketing is on point too. I listed my house March 14, open house happened on March 16, and the house had an offer which we countered and the buyer accepted on March 20th. No complaints about Diane - and you can tell she loves doing this!
