My passion for real estate began as a child. I moved with my family numerous times throughout my growing up, and we renovated almost home we owned. I assisted my father completing various projects such as hanging drywall, setting tile, replacing plumbing fixtures, installing hardwood flooring, etc. I also gained first-hand knowledge about the buying and selling process. After college, I spent a few years living in Kansas City. Many of my Sunday afternoons were spent touring open houses. Over time, my passion for architecture, decorating and gardening deepened. I moved to the St. Louis area in 2002 and completely fell in love with the city. The nuances and unique features of each municipality and neighborhood continue to intrigue me.

When I first obtained my Real Estate license, I worked as a transaction coordinator for a high-volume team. I gained a wealth of experience in managing the contract-to-close process. Then, when I decided to go out on my own, I had full confidence in my ability to represent clients. In my first year, I sold over $2M and was awarded Rookie of the Year by my company. I consistently rank in the Top 40 agents in my office. I have an amazing team of professionals hand-picked to assist my clients. My Loan Officers, Home Inspectors, Closing Agents, Surveyors, and Insurance Agents are all top-notch professionals that I whole-heartedly trust. I also believe that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is hands-down the absolute best brokerage, and I am proud to be a part of this company.

How can I express what a fantastic job Jessica did for me First, I was in Georgia selling my house and felt like it wasn’t moving fast enough. In comes Jessica with suggestions on what would attract a new home buyer and finally it sold. Next she is trying to help me find a house near my daughter in Kirkwood. So many times I said I liked and the sellers were saying sold! Then she heard of a house getting ready and she got the agent online who went to her seller, told them my story before they did the open house it was mine! Thank you Jessica for all you did!

I cannot express how amazing Jessica was through our entire process. Jessica is an absolutely phenomenal agent. She is a shining example of how other real estate agents should strive to be. We have utilized Jess’s expertise to buy our first house, and then years later to sell that house and buy a new home. She always has her client’s best interests in mind. Furthermore, Jess always makes herself available if needed. There were many late night or early morning texts or phone calls we had to make, and Jess consistently made herself available for questions or house showings. Jessica was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the whole process and had great insight on properties. She always responded quickly, gave ample time to look at properties, made the closing process smooth and was just all around great. Our home buying experience with Jessica could not have been any better! After some delays in our original purchasing timelines, Jessica was patient and stuck by us until we were ready. Because we were purchasing a home in Missouri from another state, a lot of our communication was virtual. She was always so quick to respond and she also sent videos and images as needed for us. She even toured a home we were interested in without us!
After we closed on the home, we ran into a small issue. She immediately came over to look at the problem, and then offered help above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you Jessica!

She was able to always give insight and provide answers via her knowledge or thru looking up on the web sight about the area and things to consider. She spent hours with me in the office going over listings and came up with a viewing plan. She was always on top of her game. We finally purchased the perfect home. I would highly recommend working with Jessica to help you find your next new home. Her extensive knowledge of the area neighborhoods and market were greatly appreciated as I was not all too familiar with the areas I wanted to purchase in. She also really listened to what I told her I wanted when it came to what was most important to me, specifically: location and price point. She kept me on track in my search by showing me only those types of listings within the parameters I had set. Jessica was absolutely fantastic. At our first meeting, she made an effort to learn exactly what I needed and expected from her, what I needed help with when it came to the decision making process, and what my timeframe was. She wasn't pushy, she checked in with me at the right times and really let me drive the process. This is the third home that I've purchased, and it was by far the best experience that I've had. She recommended a lender who was also absolutely fantastic. I will definitely recommend Jessica to friends and family, and if/when the time comes, use her again.
