Known as a dedicated volunteer, Maggy has affiliations with numerous groups including Missouri Botanical Gardens, St. Louis Zoo, Junior League of St. Louis, CWE Association Board and Women In Leadership/CORO Foundation. Currently she is a Commissioner of the CWE South Business District and Park Central Development committee member in the 17th Ward. In December 2007 the 17th Ward and Alderman Joe Roddy recognized Maggy for her contributions to the marketing and branding with wayfinders, brochures and signage of the Central West End South Business District. In 2013 Park Central Development and Alderman Joe Roddy recognized Maggy for her contribution to the neighborhood well being through the NSI and security initiatives.

Maggie always returned calls or emails promptly. She was willing to meet service people at the home and to go the extra mile.

She helped us stick to our guns on the price. She researched prices in the area and knew what was going on in the larger market.

We had very few problems but she did provide help in negotiating the demands of the buyer's inspection.

We already have referred her.

We had a high volume of showings at times and it increased my appreciation for Maggie's professionalism. That was not our experience with all agents. Some did not show up for appointments and did not have the courtesy to cancel. It was clear from the response that some agents gave in the feedback form that they had confused the properties they had shown clients. It is a mixed bag out there and we are very fortunate that someone steered us to Maggie.
