As a first-time seller, with two homes to list and market to sell was challenging, rewarding and an eye-opening experience I will cherish. What can I say about my listing agent? Meeting with Rob Schwitz, one notice he is a no-nonsense individual, who exhibits professionalism on all accounts. He is disciplined, forthright, knowledgeable, and quite informative, walking me through the paper process explaining in detail each step. My questions and/or concerns were quickly answered or alleviated. First time home buyer
I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism, attention to detail and referrals he provided to lenders, inspectors and other service providers.
Some examples of how hiring Rob to represent me was so valuable as a first time buyer is that he explained the entire process, answered all of my questions (even if I had to ask more than once) and his advice was valuable. He recommended a sewer inspection in addition to the standard building inspection which discovered five breaks in the old clay line between the basement and the street. Rob negotiated on my behalf and got the seller to cover the entire $6,000 cost to repair the sewer line, plus got quite a number of other necessary repairs completed by the seller prior to closing. When the sale closed, I was very pleased with the entire process and the home itself. Homes in my price range were selling quickly. Rob not only got my offer accepted the second day it was on the market, but also negotiated a better price.
I definitely recommend that anyone in the market to buy or sell a home hire Rob to represent them throughout the process. Without question when it is time for me to sell this house and buy another one, without hesitation I will call Rob to represent me again.

Rob was on top of everything with the purchase of my house. He is very detail oriented and attentive. We had one glitch the day before closing; he was right on it and had it resolved quickly.

It's been a while (about 30 years) since we bought property in the St. Louis area and things have changed a lot since then. Rob did a great job explaining the current way of doing things and he added a lot of extra service to the transaction.
