William ("Will") Springer was born and raised in St. Louis, where he attended St. Louis Country Day School/MICDS. He attended Harvard College, where he played varsity squash, was a member of a social club, and graduated cum laude. Next, he jumped coasts to California where he received his Juris Doctorate at University of San Diego School of Law.

After law school, Will worked in the LA/Orange County metro area, first as a litigator defending clients in a variety of civil actions and later, after deciding to branch out from law, as an account executive with a finance company. In both capacities, he had front line responsibility for client relationships and found he enjoyed the process of getting to know the client, understanding his/her objectives, and tailoring his services to accomplish those objectives.

In 2015, Will felt the pull home, and moved back to St. Louis just before the birth of his first child, Isabel. He was interested in real estate and worked at a local brokerage where he focused on multi-family investment property. Having had great success in his first two years there, he wanted to expand his business and connect with more clients in the community - Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Alliance Real Estate was a natural fit. While expanding his business to include retail home sales, Will remains active in the opportunity-rich St. Louis multi-family investment market, guiding clients whether they are selling their portfolio or looking to add to their existing properties.

Will loves to meet new people in his community and help them navigate the process of buying or selling any type of property. He continues provide the high level of personal engagement and attention to detail his clients have grown to expect.

In his free time, Will enjoys spending quality time with his family around St. Louis. He and his wife Lucky welcomed their second child, Maxwell, in 2017. With two children under five, things are wild at the Springer household these days, and they wouldn't have it any other way. His two dogs, Ghost and Buster, round out the Springer clan. Will is a member of the Missouri Athletic Club, where he enjoys playing squash, and hanging by the pool with his family.

Mr. Will Springer was such an asset to me and my family. From house visits to document prep, to closing, Will made this painful process as painless as possible. When the process became hectic and even on the verge of us walking away from the home we wanted, Mr. Springer remained calm and assured us that things would work out. Will helped me sell my father's house, and it was my first time selling. He did a great job of advising me on what needed to be done to get it ready for sale and I was impressed at his pricing analysis based on nearby comps. He flexed with us as our initial go-to-market timeline shifted a bit, and ultimately wound up getting us more than 10% over asking price with the house only on the market for one weekend.

Mr. William Springer, who I came to call, Will, did an awesome job helping me to sell my property. I was totally exhausted from the emails, text, calls and letters from potential buyers...the buyers that will "offer cash with no hassle". Well, let me just say... it was a hassle, until I spoke with Will. He assured me that he could help. I accepted and away he went, leaving little for me to do, as he did as, I requested and listed my property in "AS IS" condition. The sell went very fast. We initially spoke in early May and my property was sold, for way more than all the no hassle offers, and it sold before the end of June! Now that's service! Not only was he professional, but more importantly to me, he was kind, compassionate and understanding, to my needs. That speaks volumes to his personal character, and work ethic. I am very happy about the outcome of the property and happy I accepted Will's help. If and when I deal with property in the future, he will definitely be my first call, for assistance. I talked with several other realtors before deciding on Will and Ellen, and I went with them over the others because Will did a thorough, thoughtful, and well-reasoned job of comparing my home to comparable sales in the area to come up with an appropriate listing price. I had a contract in under one week. Throughout the process, the team was very responsive by phone, text, and email to answer my questions and to keep me informed of the process and deadlines. I was impressed with Will's thorough approach starting with our very first meeting, when he and his teammate Rachel Boxdorfer came by to discuss the sale of my mother's former home. He quickly followed up with an in-depth market analysis, and he stayed in touch throughout the sale process as we navigated a few bumps. As an out-of-town seller, I found his frequent check-ins to be highly reassuring, and I appreciated his willingness to meet up with contractors who needed access to the home. Will went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I feel comfortable about buying a house. He was so patient in answering all our questions. He worked with our crazy schedules and was always there when we needed him. He never made us feel embarrassed for not understanding the whole house-buying process.
