Betsy was fantastic at assisting us with selling our house. She was not only efficient and responsive, she was also kind and patient. Those are all characteristics one wants with someone assisting during one of the most stressful times in one’s life.

Betsy is a fantastic agent. She answered any all question I had , talked me thru the purchase of my home. I would recommend her to all of my friends who are looking to buy or sell their homes. Thank you for everything Betsy.

Betsy has a personality that keeps you at ease and makes the process simple.

Everything went as smooth as possible.

Actually, no problems to resolve. Betsy's planning and knowledge helped in making all work without a hitch.

I would highly recommend Betsy to everyone.

I really liked the concierge service in helping set up utilities, etc. This is definitely a value added service and we appreciated it very much.

She seemed to have a lot of knowledge overall. She did recommend a paint color we used and had many positive remarks on it.

She typically got back to us with quick responses.

We had a hard time agreeing on a listing price. We pushed her to go 6 grand above what she recommended and we ended up getting 11 grand above what she recommended.

As first time home sellers, we needed a lot of help. There were times we were unclear on things and we got many answers that she said it was told to us already or it was in the contract. Those contracts have to be signed so fast, we honestly did not read it word for word or have it memorized.

When we had 2 offers, one of our questions was if either offer was paying the closing costs. She said they both were since they knew there were multiple offers. We took that to mean all closing costs and were surprised to see our closing documents with closing costs. She said she meant they were covering their own, although we didn't realize there was a difference between buyer and seller closing costs. It's in part to our own ignorance in the process, but we don't think it was well explained to us. Everything happened so fast choosing a contract, once it was done, our focus went towards packing and getting inspecitions done. We heard a lot that things were being done behind the scenes, but I think that lead to some of our confusion. I bought the house 10 years ago when I was only 22 so my parents handled a lot of the details. There was a lot that my husband and I didn't understand until we were knee deep in the issues.

I would not recommend her for someone buying or selling for the first time. If it was someone who knew the process and what to expect better, then I think she would be satisfactory.

We would like to say, overall we think Betsy is a very nice woman. She has a lovely heart and we know she didn't intentionally try to confuse us. It may be helpful for others in our situation in the future if there was a checklist of what to expect with bullet points and key things to know. The contract does not work as a useful source. We appreciate the access to Home for Heroes and what they provide. Although, it was just very frustrating getting through everything at the end of the process.

She went out of town on a vacation during crucial negotiations and lost $ due to her incompetence

Her attention to detail and negotiating skills were unsatisfactory.
