Deni helped us a lot in the house purchasing process. First, she spent time to with us to know more about our needs and budget, and provided us some really helpful information about neighborhoods. This helped us know the city better and make the best decision for our family.
She is a knowledgeable agent and offered us various referrals for lenders, maintenance and insurance. She was super patient with us during our house visits, sent us listing updates and scheduled our visits on time so we didn’t miss any available listing.
She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. She did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs.
We found Deni to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Deni was honest even about some minor issues that we needed to be careful about when buying a house.

Deni helped us sell a house in Tower Grove, purchase a house in Ladue, and purchase an investment property in U City. I have known Deni Rykeman through our children's attendance in Ladue Schools. I always felt great about sitting next to her at little league games—and sharing our daughter stories. While I'm not as organized, perky and energetic as Deni, I caught her enthusiasm and always loved being in her company. Deni gave me hope that I too could manage work and family, not by advice but through example and acceptance. When my daughter & son-in-law bought their first home, they chose Deni Ryckman. Subsequently, Deni resold their first home--and sold them their second home in a great school district/neighborhood! All in time for my first grandson to enter Kindergarten!

When it came time to sell "the homestead" and move on, my kids said "Call Deni Ryckman." Of course, I already knew this! I had always planned to call her. I was terrified! I had never sold a home, let alone done all the other stuff.

To make a long story short, Deni was there to witness, accept and "cheer on" from ground zero through sale! Deni advised straightforwardly throughout each critical step: what to do, what to not do, addressing every single question, never dropping the ball. We had our first showing before July 4th 2019 and the home closed August 5th ...just in time for a new little girl to start Reed School in time for Kindergarten! Yes, 2019 was a sellers market...and Deni made that clear!!
