Debbie often displays creativity and original thinking beyond the expectations for her position. When faced with unexpected challenges, she is very available and resourceful. She generates many usable and ingenious suggestions for improving work. Debbie has innovative approaches and ideas.
Debbie maintains full responsibility for her sale associates activities. She provides clear direction and has little problem gaining compliance from others. She makes sure that the sales people are an important part of all planning. Debbie makes every effort to make herself accessible to all staff, associates and members of our Devon community. She provides regular guidance performance feedback, and she works with all of us to develop our skills.

I have only had the pleasure of working with Debbie since April 2016, I have been so thrilled with the culture of the community that Debbie has created.
