If you are looking to buying your next BMW and you want an honest salesman, who is your advocate, you need to see Vi at BMW of Fremont. Last year, my partner and I went to BMW of Fremont to because we were looking for a replacement car. We only wanted to test drive so we can compare prices with other dealers, but we ended up walking away with two cars, a lease and a purchase, both 2011 (328 and X3). Vi was very informative and provided guidance throughout that made the process smooth.

I recommend Vi Quach as the sales "go to" for any prospective BMW buyer. I dealt with him for my recent purchase. I was very pleased with Jim's hard work and dedication in helping me purchase my first every BMW. He was very helpful even when he wasn't physically at work, taking calls on his mobile, which helped me decide on him as my go to guy. Despite our difficulties in finding the exact build I was hoping for, we found a 3 series even more perfect just by walking around the lot to "take a look." He is very calm and non-pushy, two things rare in a salesman. For this reason, when I need another BMW, I will go back to Jim.

I came to buy ACURA next door and end up meeting CALVIN on the BMW parking lot. His charm as a sales person and personable personality made me stay at the BMW dealership and instead of getting an ACURA drove BMW home. As we all know it can be very stressfull buying any car. Ulysses made our experience comfortable and made sure to show us all our options when choosing a used car. His 25 plus years of sales experienced showed with his patience and knowledge of the product he was selling. Ulysses answered all of our questions before and after the purchase of our 2009 550i. We are pleased with the car, and the customer service we recieved. So much so that we will be bringing our car back to Fremont BMW for service even though there is another BMW location closer to us. I reccomend anyone buying new or used BMW to look up Ulysess, and I'm sure you will receive the same Gold Standard Service we did.

Erin is one of the best salesperson we have come across. She is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient when we told her our requirements and took us on test-drives to help us find the perfect car. She even went out of her way to meet us at our place to complete certain formalities. I really can’t ask for more. Erin Goodell who was my sales associate at BMW of Fremont, was extremely patient, she explained all the options on both the new car and my old BMW. Stood patiently as I test drove two cars, one of them three times. Changed my mind about the exterior / interior / trim colors and options / equipment about 6~7 times. She than patiently helped locate the exact car I was looking for which was on the ship from Germany to USA.
I recommend Erin to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car from BMW of Fremont. The entire process was extremely simple and pleasant for me.

When I was shopping for a 335I convertible I initially came to Fremont BMW because of their connection with Costco. (I hate haggling). When I got there I found that between Tony and the sales manager, Paul, they had all the knowledge and answers I was looking for. I had been shopping at a dealership a little closer to home, however the difference in the level of knowlege between them and the gang at Fremont BMW was signiicant. Everything about the experience went fine and I would have no problem sending a friend there to buy.

I just made the leap and bought my first BMW today from BMW of Fremont. Over the years I've bought several cars and it has ALWAYS been an incredibly stressful and practically adversarial experience. Not today. From start to finish, especially with my sales representative, Cathe Ganly, my experience was actually friendly and enjoyable. With Cathe I never felt that I was being worked over or pushed in any way. Cathe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and, like icing on the cake, she was incredibly fun to work with! Even though there are other BMW dealerships within closer distance to where I live, I will definitely look first to BMW of Fremont for BMW purchases or service in the future. I bought my first BMW in 1969. I continue to drive BMW (I now have two). In my many years of dealings with BMW sales people, Cathe Ganly is a singular standout. She goes that "extra mile" to stay in touch with the customer and to satisfy the customer's requests. We recently purchased a 2011 BMW 3281 from Fremont BMW. Ulysses Smith was the BMW Sales representative that helped us. His mild manner approach and honesty made it easy for us to make a decision to purchase the car. We did not feel any hassle or pressure from Ulysses. Calvin was great! He laid out all the options for us and gave us the pros and the cons. Usually when we shop for a car we feel pressured which makes us dread the process. Calvin was different. He didn't pressure us at all and he made sure we know that he's available for us when we have questions or concerns. The whole process took 2 hours, one to go over our options and make a decision. The next day we came back to finalize the deal within an hour. We would definitely go back to Calvin if we buy another BMW.

I purchased my 750iL about a week ago from BMW of Freemont and I love it!! My sales rep, Richard Qian and I began communicating about the vehicle a week prior because I live in Sacramento, which is a good 100 miles... He provided me all the information and stayed on top of things. I could not get out to Freemont until that Friday, but Richard was so helpful, that he answered all my questions about the vehicle, and he even took care of financing options for me in the event that I would want to leave with the car when I came. He spent a lot of time going back forth getting a good deal for me since I was doing this via email/phone with him. He had all the information for me as far as financing options and then Friday when I got there the vehicle was already pulled out front waiting for me. I took it for a test drive and just fell in love it with it.
The fact that Richard made everything so easy for me and and wasn't like some pushy car salesman really made me feel better. He explained all the options of the vehicle, and was pleasant.

We started looking for our brand new 5 series and burned miles all over bay area visiting dealers,tried with phone calls, tried with Internet sales as well. Vi Quach was quick and was easy to negotiate and work with. All transaction completed in an hour after arriving at the dealer. Highly recommend him over other high pressure or white collar but hard to work with sales staff.

Jesse was great to work with, very easy to communicate with and made our entire family feel very respected. There was no hassling or pressure to make a decision on the spot and we felt very comfortable making our decisions. I would definitely recommend coming in and sitting down with him to discuss any prospects in purchasing a BMW. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone that's interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. You can immediately tell when you first talk to him that he's friendly, transparent and genuine. He'll go out of his way to ensure you are happy and have everything that you need. My sales experience with Jesse was positive, fun and easy-to-understand. More importantly though is that it doesn't end right after the sale. Jesse still finds a way to follow-up and be available even after the purchase and that's really unlike some of my previous experiences. While I do think there are certain aspects of the end-to-end process @ BMW Fremont that could use improvement, my experience and interaction with Jesse has been awesome and I'm loving the new car!

Steve Reich helped me find the BMW car I wanted. I was interested in a specific M class vehicle, and he immediately made the vehicle available for a test drive. Steve was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, pointing out the technical details as well as the bells and whistles, without pressuring me to sign off on the deal right then and there. Of course, it helps when you have an outstanding product. Steve was courteous and professional throughout the car buying process. I purchased my 2011 BMW 328i from Candice at BMW Fremont last year. It was a very pleasant buying experience. Candice is an excellent saleswoman who is easy to work with. She is very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented. I had very specific requirements on the car, and my matches were rare. Other dealers would either dismiss my inquiry or simply told my to add 2K+ to buy XYZ without explaining why. She took time to go over my spec, and explained each item so that I had better understanding on if it was really necessary and the alternatives. She also went above and beyond trying to find cars that matched my needs. My job requires me to travel frequently so I don't have a lot of time to shop around. Candice understood my needs. When it came to price, unlike other dealers, who were going circles without revealing the final quote, Candice was straightforward and wasted no time. With little negotiation, I got the deal at my desirable price. The whole process was stress-free and hassle-free. While preparing the paperwork, Candice was very patient and made sure I was totally satisfied with the finance option I chose. After the sale, she e-mailed and called me several times to follow up and reminded me to make an appointment with delivery guy. I am very impressed by Candice's salesmanship. I had recently made a purchase of a le mans blue 335i M sports from BWM fremont, and would recommend Vi Quach the internet sales manager to those considering buying a BMW, The process was simple and friendly from start to finish. There were no hidden fees, and he gave me a detail printed qoute of the total cost, time to delievery, and finace options. Eventhough he did not have the car i wanted in stock, He made no attempt at trying to sell me something else..I told him what i wanted, he show me how much it would cost, and we made a deal and place the order, and 8 weeks later...i drove off in my brand new 2012 335i M sports coupe , exactly the way i wanted it...

It's easy to write a recommendation when everything goes perfect; I think a recommendation when everything doesn't is far more meaningful.
I've been buying new and used cars for 35 years. I can honestly say that this is the first time I've felt a verbal recommendation was deserved much less a written one. In this case both Roger and the team at Fremont BMW deserve acknowledgment.
I purchased a used Z4 from Rodger at Fremont BMW. The car ran great but the engine light would come on periodically. Typically after the sale you never hear from the person who sold you the car, especially if there's a problem, but Roger didn't run and hide he wanted to see the issue through resolution. The issue went on for a while but every time BMW worked on my Z4, I was given a newer year model to drive.
Now comes the amazing part. After several attempts to resolve the issue BMW actually bought the car back, I got back practically every dime I had put into the car, including the registration costs.
Now you would think I'd be through with BMW's but the opposite is true. Everyone knows BMW makes great cars but at the end of the day it's more about the people and the service
It's amazing that customer loyalty can sometimes actually start with a problem well resolved. So I bought a 2011 328I from Roger and the folks at Fremont BMW without a second thought.
When it's time for another car, I'll call Roger and Fremont BMW.

Richard Qian provides very detailed information for a car, and gives honest advice to me to make decisions. I do not have to deal with the common back and forth price bargaining during this process which takes away the mind game out of the car purchase and is the best experience I have so far.

I talked to Richard for about a week before having placed the order, he had the best prices in the area to work with. There wasn't much haggling which I liked as it exceeded my expectations for the custom ordered 2011 e92 M3. He responds fast to e-mail and also was able to meet after hours on his day off. He made this process real easy especially since I was primarily dealing with him through e-mail as I was in a different state at the time. All in all, I'll definitely be back for future BMW purchases as this went smooth without any problems. Thanks again.

I initiated internet requests for quote to five dealers through Edmunds, and none responded with the combination of options I wanted. Four of the five (including Richard Qian) responded with offers for similar cars, but they all lacked at least one essential option. Two of the dealers offered to acquire the right vehicle through a dealer swap, and one had the right car still on a transport ship expected in about 10 days, but Richard was the first to say he had what I wanted, in transit (truck) for delivery the next day. He then provided a detailed quote, at a fair price, with no surprises. The next day we saw the car, test drove two demos, to compare sport and standard suspension, closed the deal and took delivery all in an afternoon. The process went smoothly and efficiently. Richard did an excellent job of finding the right car and coordinating the transaction, and has followed up after the sale to ensure satisfaction.

He displayed a very rare admirable attitude of explaining to me in detail the condition and good qualities of the car in question. I knew Jesse for quite some time. Over a year ago I went to BMW of Fremont to test drive and Jesse showed me different models I asked for. But then I decided it's not the time to buy a new car. We recently bought a brand new BWM 328i. As an experienced delivery specialist, Gary has demonstrated his professionalism and sound knowledge with the vehicle. In particular, while seeing our uneasy about setting up the garage opening mechanism, he kindly offered to come to our house to help out. We bought our 2011 X3 from Vi at BMW of Fremont. Vi recommended that we have Gary show us the new features of the car since there are a lot of improvements from prior models. Sure enough the car had a lot of new features. Gary went through the features and explained them thoroughly. The way he explained the features was easy to understand. We recommend that if you buy your car at BMW of Fremont, make sure you have Gary show you how your car works because it it's so much easier to understand, compared to reading the manual. Spending the few minutes with Gary is well worth it.

Richard Qian handled my sale with perfection.Richard worked hard, responded to emails on his off days, and answered all questions that I had. I was really pleased by the fact that the entire deal was done through email. Richard was more than willing to give me a price over the Internet. My experience shows me that most dealers try not to give a price and "encourage" you to come in face to face. The price me and Richard agreed on was the price I paid. Candice went above any beyond in our transaction for a 335i. She not only did the sale, but took ownership and did the financials and took the time to explain everything in detail. My wife and I had been debating whether to buy a new X5 or X3, and whether it would replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd or our small sports car. Recently I purchased a BMW and Rey was the principal salesperson. I found him to be very helpful and informed. But most importantly I believe that he really cares about the customer and tries to help them make the best decisions. He fairly represents all the options and in at least one case he recommended an option that was less favorable to the dealership but better for me. I would happy purchase a car from him again.

The entire process of the purchase of my BMW 535 xi was very smooth. Granted the fact that there were a few rounds of negotiations but overall it was a pretty good buying experience. The negotiations, financing and the overall interaction was as smooth as the BMW 535 xi test ride if not better. :)

After being pushed away by another Dealership i drove all the way from San Jose to Fremont BMW. I arrived at Fremont BMW 1hr after they had closed, with Roger to stay and help me thru the inventory. The next day we went back to Fremont BMW from Gilroy CA. where we live to talk directly to Roger Thurman about what car(s) we wanted to check out and test drive.
Roger displayed a high degree of integrity, customer service, and care in what he does for his customers. He is definitely a Sales Associate I wish I had met thru the different dealers in the past. In addition to his excellent customer service, he has proven his dedication to customer service, knowledge and made sure my wife and I were happy in our decision. We spent almost 7 hrs with Roger driving different cars and going over the different costs associated with each car. Not once did it seem we were a bother or we were taking our time.

When we located the car with the exact options I liked in another dealer 100 miles away. It only took Richard 3 hours to confirm that he could re-allocate the car. The car was in his lot the next day for me the picked. :)

I purchased a BMW 328i from Jesse. I needed a new car and it was either going to be a Lexus, or a BMW. I can honestly say that a big reason why we went with the BMW was because of Jesse. His customer service skills are exceptional and I was very comfortable throughout the sales process. Jesse was very attentive and not pushy, and was genuinely concerned with making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I have already recommended one other friend to Jesse. We recently took delivery of our new 2011 X3 xdrive35 (with Mpackage) and love it. Our experience with Richard of BMW Fremont was nothing but the best; he keeps in contact with you regarding updates, he makes sure you are very happy at every step of the car buying process, and he offers the best price around. I emailed and called almost every dealer in the Bay Area and Richard had the best customer service out of them all. These days, most sales people return your calls or emails with a generic recording or response email. Richard was THE only one who contacted me directly and really made the effort to go the extra mile.

I found a 2007 Honda civic here at BMW of Fremont for a really good price. Richard was quick to help and bent over backwards to meet my expectations. I went in there thinking I was going to be taken advantage of given the fact I was a first time buyer. That wasn't the case. Richard was very straight forward and honest. I bought a 2011 528i from Richard on Nov. 2010, one week ago, it shows batterry very low, I bring the car to Fremont BMW service dept. , after they checked they say need to change a new batterry but I had to pay $400 for it cause BMW warranty deny to pay for it because my car only drove about 3k miles. After I talked to Richard, he help me reported to his GM then they waived that $400. this is only one small thing happaned after I my purchase, actually everything about my 528i, Richard give me 100% full respond and everthing got solved. I'll 100% recommend Richard Qian to all who want a BMW, he won't dispoint you!

Ulysses was very helpful during my search and purchase of my vehicle. he was very patient with me and made me feel like he really cared about me and my business. Jesse was great! I stopped by the dealership before operating hours to look at new vehicles without interruption from salespeople and to my surprise I actually was needing assistance. Thankfully, Jesse arrived to work early and approached me to ask if I needed any assistance. He was not pushy or over the shoulder stalking me. He kindly told me his name and let me know that he could help me if I had any questions with anything. We started talking and he indeed solved my issue of what type of financing was available. I ended up getting a 2001 BMW 135i under the BMW Select plan... so happy he was there to help because if he wasn't I wouldn't have gotten the information or the vehicle I wanted. I drove it off the lot later that day.

Roger made my first car buying experience a wonderful one. He was very helpful in every step of the way. I had other car brands in mind, but it was really Roger's great customer service that pushed me to buy a BMW. They didn't have the car with the exterior and interior colors that I was looking for, but Roger informed me that he would be able to order it, and we did. Roger kept me updated through the whole production process without me even asking. I would sign onto my email and then there was a note from him! It was very comforting to feel that I was in the loop. I'm truly grateful to have such a good experience with Roger and definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I have purchased 87 motor vehicles in the past 50 years and have experienced just about any kind of treatment you can imagine. The worst was in Covina, California, when I purchased a new car. I had just turned 21 and they sold me a new car, even though I had not established any credit yet. They were very friendly and said, "Don't worry Jim. If we can't get financing for you, you can just bring the car back, no questions asked." The next day they called and said, "Jim, you are going to need some equity or a co-signer with good credit." I told them I couldn't do either. They said, "Ok. Just bring the car back." When I arrived and gave them the keys to the new car and I asked for the keys to the car that I had traded in the previous day, they said, "Sorry Jim, but you signed your car over to us, but we will sell it back to you for $500.00" This was in 1966, I was going to college, working part time, making $1.25/hr and I didn't have the money. Having just turned 21, I was pretty uneducated in these matters, so I had never bothered to read the fine print. I had to call my brother-in-law to come and pick me up. When he arrived, he said, "You are going to get your car back. Just hang on." He was 6'3" tall and was a boxer, as well as the service manager for the Chrysler-Plymouth dealership in Covina. A couple minutes later he came out with the keys to my car and the salesman had put my car in the driveway for me. I said, "Mel, what did you say to them." He said, "I asked them if they were an authorized dealer for VW and if they weren't (He didn't see any VW signs on the lot.), he said he would be calling the police to investigate their dealership's practices, if they didn't give me my car back. He knew that they were not an authorized VW dealer and were just selling Beatles that they had purchased new, in Germany and shipped them to their lot. The windshields were also not legal and the speedometer only had KPH written on them and when it said 60 KPH, you were actually only going about 40 MPH. They didn't make him call the police. I got my car back, but the right rear fender had a big dent in it, that it didn't have in it the day before. Live and learn. They could not legally sell these cars as new cars, but the contract said it was a new car. I learned fast. I was wondering why they were selling these new Beatles for $700.00 less than the authorized VW dealer. Now, I knew why.

Don,t judge a book by the cover.He is young but knows his cars. I purchase a car last year with no intentions of needing to because of Jesse. He was very helpful with all my questions about the car. I send out several request for a BMW 328i quote, all BMW dealers reply almost same, like please come on in, will match your best quote or $300 beat your best quote, bla. bla...except Richard, he point out how many similar car in stock, what's his best deal, only he send me detail quote, selling price, tax, DMV fees and base on that differant finance and lease options, even point out $750 finance rebate, very professional and clear and easy to understand! I'd like to recommend Richard Qian to all who want a BMW!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2007 335i Sedan. I was very picky about features, color, condition, miles, AND price. I scoured all the BMW Dealers in the area. I was willing to wait until just the right one showed up, was willing to buy from any dealership that met my criteria. I was impressed that Jesse worked really hard to find just the right car, and worked with the sales manager to get me just the right price, even coming down a bit more on the day of purchase.
He found a true gem, a car that was a lease return, yet one that was obviously impecably cared for by the former owner. All my friends kept asking me whether my car was new or used! It was so very clean! (I wish it was still that clean now that I've had it for awhile!)

My wife was looking for a 2011 BMW535i with very specific exterior and interior color, and only Premium Package & Premium Package 2, no more, no less. It is very hard to find and other Bay Area BMW dealers don't even try or follow up.

She worked hard and find there is a perfect match in Arizona and she called to discuss with us with absolutely no pressure and discussed fairly from both buyer / seller perspectives. With just a little negotation, we decided to give the faith to Candice and she didn't disappoint. She saw through the transactions carefully. After the car delivered, even while she was sick and out for a few days, she still followed up and make sure everything is done correctly. A couple weeks afterwards, she called twice and make sure we happy with the car and everything is OK, she even asked us to make sure we activated BMW Assist features !

I have very bad experience with sales person in the pass, Richard was much different. He knew what I wanted, was patien in finding my Black /Black 328i and I'm very happy. I'm looking forward to purchased front Fremont BMW in the future. I appreciated the Richard and PJ kindness in giving me what I wanted

The end of January '11 I was shopping for a replacement to my old MBenz. I contacted several dealers, and asked friends who had worked with someone they liked.
None of the dealers followed up with me the way Richard did - he was always fast, he focused on getting me the information I wanted rather than trying to sell me, he never wasted my time. Most of the other dealers I worked with - BMW, Mercedes and Audi - rarely followed up, which astounded me, especially when I said that I was going to buy by the end of the month.

I worked on line with several bay area bmw dealers and I found Richard to be not only the easiest to work with, but also the most effecient and direct. No b.s. Just the facts. I bought a 2011 BMW X5 from Richard recentlly, this is the best experience of car phurchase I ever had, Richard is the most effect internet sale guy I ever seen, after every email I send, not even later than 2 minites I got his reply, so we only took 40 minites and made our deal. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience when we purchased our BMW 335i convertible. The reason for the pleasant experience is Roger Thurman. I appreciate his low-pressure sales tactic along with his ability to listen, understand what the customer wants, and to take the effort to make it happen with little pressure or anxiety. It was obvious Roger knows the auto sales industry and makes it transparent to the customer. He also adjusted his schedule to accommodate ours and we purchased just the car we wanted. Additionally, he followed up to ensure we were happy with the car and routinely stays in contact to make sure we continue to be happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Roger Thurman if you want to buy a BMW. You will not be disappointed.

Roger is the most helpful and knowledgeable person that I came across during this time. Not only was he professional, but he cared about what I was looking for and followed through. I was worried that buying a car would be a stressful process, but Roger walked me through it with ease. His superb service went unnoticed and I think he is a definite asset to BMW. My husband and I purchased our 335i convertible BMW in September 2009. We had a wonderful experience with Roger. What impressed us most about Roger was he was courteous, efficient and extremely thorough. He always got back to us quickly when we had questions. We are all very busy in our lives - Roger was on top of everything so when we did buy the vehicle, we did not have to wait long for the paperwork. I have never had such an experience as I had with the purchase of my new 2011 535i, as the one I had with Mr. Ulysses Smith of Fremont BMW. There is a rather huge difference in your dealership and all others I have purchased from. I will be buying from this sales associate in the future. I wish I had found him sooner. All of the staff we worked with on this purchase were all too kind and very informative (not pushy, just helpful). I'll be glad to spread the word.
