Rey was extremely friendly and helpful. I am a college student (first time car buyer) and was helping my dad purchase a car, as he currently resides out of the US. I went in looking for a very specific color, make, and price range, and he was able to work with me to find a good car for me, even accessing other databases. He promptly called me the day after I came in to confirm and see if I had any further questions. I showed up late to almost all the appointments I had set up due to bad traffic, and he still had a great attitude. He helped me through insurance questions since I did not know much regarding the subject. After purchasing the car, he gave me a complete and thorough tour of the car, and fulfilled my wishes of black mats by giving BRAND NEW mats! Also I was confused about the usb function for the car, and he gave me a Y chord made specially for BMW for free. I had a great experience working with Rey, it was simple and very straightforward, there was not a time when I felt as if I was being cheated or misled, which is something very important for a first time car buyer.

My girlfriend and I recently bought a BMW 535i from Mr. Rey Santos @ BMW of Fremont. We must say Mr. Santos was a true professional. He was a very polite and knowledgeable individual who went a great length in explaining most important functions of the vehicle in details. I was quite please as he worked very hard to secured a deal for us. At the end, we were quite happy to know Mr. Santo have helped us in saving a bunch of money. He made this experience of purchasing our dream car with almost stress free. If you are looking for your new or used vehicle from BMW of Fremont, Mr. Rey Santos is the person to see.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention; few weeks after our purchase, Mr. Santos did a follow up with me to make sure we have no issues and happy with our new vehicle. I thought that was very nice for him to establish an ongoing client / sales professional relationship.

Rey Was very professional and an excellent salesman. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 10. Over the course of 4 months of waiting for the 1m, he would call or email me regularly for updates Upon pickup Rey was on vacation and he coordinated with Ulysses for a seamless pickup. Ulysses was also very professional and a very nice individual.

Recently I purchased a BMW and Rey was the principal salesperson. I found him to be very helpful and informed. But most importantly I believe that he really cares about the customer and tries to help them make the best decisions. He fairly represents all the options and in at least one case he recommended an option that was less favorable to the dealership but better for me. I would happy purchase a car from him again.

Rey had been very helpful from the time that I first called BMW Fremont and asked for the Sales team.

The entire process of the purchase of my BMW 535 xi was very smooth. Granted the fact that there were a few rounds of negotiations but overall it was a pretty good buying experience. The negotiations, financing and the overall interaction was as smooth as the BMW 535 xi test ride if not better. :)
