Ulysses Smith from BMW of Fremont was fantastic to work with. He was a class act and represents the BMW brand well. He is not a salesman that pressures you to purchase or engages in any sales tactics that you would expect from other car salesman. He was patient, always available to answer questions in person or on the phone and an overall nice guy. We shopped at VW, Audi and Lexus and the service didn't compare.

Ulysses made our buying experience very easy, pleasant and never pressures us into buying a car. He knew everything about the Z4 we were looking at and explained all the features on the car. He also took his time to show us how to work the paddles shifters and even paired both our phones to the car.

I bought a 2009 Z4 35i @ BMW of Fremont last week.
Dealing with their salesperson Ulysses Smith was a very comfortable experienced that I had.Very friendly approached,knowledgeable,soft spoken,not intimidating and very helpful during the delivery of the car.I will highly recommend the place and Mr.Smith to my friends if they will be looking for a BMW vehicle.Even surprised me with a little gift bag brought in by their manager Lenny.

Mr. Smith did an awesome job when I went to the dealership. He was very polite and answer all of my questions. Normally you have a pushy sales person, but he was complete opposite. I definately recommend using him when buying a car at the Fremont BMW.

As we all know it can be very stressfull buying any car. Ulysses made our experience comfortable and made sure to show us all our options when choosing a used car. His 25 plus years of sales experienced showed with his patience and knowledge of the product he was selling. Ulysses answered all of our questions before and after the purchase of our 2009 550i. We are pleased with the car, and the customer service we recieved. So much so that we will be bringing our car back to Fremont BMW for service even though there is another BMW location closer to us. I reccomend anyone buying new or used BMW to look up Ulysess, and I'm sure you will receive the same Gold Standard Service we did.

I highly recommend Ulysses Smith to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at BMW of Fremont. Ulysses was professional and helpful in every aspect. He listened attentively to our offer and tried to work with us in every aspect. We like the fact that we did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle. We recently purchased a 2011 BMW 3281 from Fremont BMW. Ulysses Smith was the BMW Sales representative that helped us. His mild manner approach and honesty made it easy for us to make a decision to purchase the car. We did not feel any hassle or pressure from Ulysses. Instead, we felt that he was informative and directly answered our questions plus gave additional information about the car and it's history. We feel that we can continue to trust Ulysses and will be able to get in touch with him just in case we have questions or possibly another future transaction.
It's only been about a week since our purchase but so far we are truly enjoying our car.
