I bought a CPO 2010 BMW 135i coupe from BMW of Fremont. The car was listed at a very reasonable price, but because of that I couldn't negotiated down much. Overall the process was smooth and quick. They stayed late to finish our transaction, because I went in at 7pm for test drive. They also have us a goodie bag at the end.

I highly support and recommend Jesse Janssen of BMW Fremont. I found my Mustang online and submitted an inquiry request. That same day Jesse called me back to answer any questions I had and set up an appt for me to look at the vehicle. Understanding it was a 2 hour trip from where I lived and my work hours, Jesse ensured the vehicle was available and ready for my visit. When I arrived for my appt with my wife and 2 yr old daughter, I was greeted promptly and respectfully by Jesse at the front door. His appearance was professional and his attitude was genuine as he greeted not only me but my family as if he knew us for years. From that moment on, Jesse made sure we were comfortable and felt at home. He took his time, he has a wealth of knowledge but isn't the typical pushy dealer that wants to make a sale nor did he ever pass me off to another salesman for anything, he was involved in every step of the process. When he took me out on the test drive, he asked about the vehicle but the majority of the ride, he was developing a friendship and a strong trust in him that I was going to leave that dealership happy and with nothing less than GREAT customer service. Jesse earned the respect of my wife and I from the minute we arrived and I have been sure to pass on my experience with many friends and co-workers that I have come in contact with. Jesse was very selfless and put my wants/needs ahead of anything else going on that day. I have had many dealership experiences but this was definitely one of the best from start to finish, I really felt as if I was the most important person in that dealership that day. I thought it was going to be difficult having my 2 year old there but again, Jesse made himself impressionable to even her and kept her happy and content with snacks and coloring. By the end of the day, I walked out with a great car but more importantly the satisfaction of being treated like a friend and not a paycheck. I am very critical when it comes to dealerships and customer service that I recieve but Jesse has definitely earned my respect and my reccommendation. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone that's interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW. You can immediately tell when you first talk to him that he's friendly, transparent and genuine. He'll go out of his way to ensure you are happy and have everything that you need. My sales experience with Jesse was positive, fun and easy-to-understand. More importantly though is that it doesn't end right after the sale. Jesse still finds a way to follow-up and be available even after the purchase and that's really unlike some of my previous experiences. BMW of Fremont is by far the best BMW dealership I had every been too.
They are always helpful and courteous, unlike some dealerships that seem to ignore certain customers for whatever reasons.

I was refer there by a friend who had a good experience there, after a iffy experience on another dealer.

Jesse was great! I stopped by the dealership before operating hours to look at new vehicles without interruption from salespeople and to my surprise I actually was needing assistance. Thankfully, Jesse arrived to work early and approached me to ask if I needed any assistance. He was not pushy or over the shoulder stalking me. He kindly told me his name and let me know that he could help me if I had any questions with anything. We started talking and he indeed solved my issue of what type of financing was available. I ended up getting a 2001 BMW 135i under the BMW Select plan... so happy he was there to help because if he wasn't I wouldn't have gotten the information or the vehicle I wanted. I drove it off the lot later that day.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2007 335i Sedan. I was very picky about features, color, condition, miles, AND price. I scoured all the BMW Dealers in the area. I was willing to wait until just the right one showed up, was willing to buy from any dealership that met my criteria. I was impressed that Jesse worked really hard to find just the right car, and worked with the sales manager to get me just the right price, even coming down a bit more on the day of purchase.

He found a true gem, a car that was a lease return, yet one that was obviously impecably cared for by the former owner. All my friends kept asking me whether my car was new or used! It was so very clean! (I wish it was still that clean now that I've had it for awhile!)
