I have been driving BMWs for over 11 years. For the last year and a half I have been a Delivery/Product specialist for BMW of Fremont. By applying my understanding of the new BMW iDrive system and over all functionality of the vehicle itself I'm able to provide our clients with a one of a kind delivery experience. Allowing them get the most out of driving their new BMW.

I worked with Gary Wheeler at Fremont BMW. Gary was very friendly and courteous. He walked through all of the available options, explained the differences between various models and help me choose the car with the options I wanted. Gary also helped me with a few features, even after I took home the car.

The entire staff at Fremont BMW was very professional and very helpful. I also got a great deal and I negotiated the price in a low pressure environment. I strongly recommend this dealership and Gary for his help and professionalism.

All I can say is without Gary I would never know the full potentials of a BMW. Excellent service from start to finish. Gary was very knowledgeable about the car. We recently bought a brand new BWM 328i. As an experienced delivery specialist, Gary has demonstrated his professionalism and sound knowledge with the vehicle. In particular, while seeing our uneasy about setting up the garage opening mechanism, he kindly offered to come to our house to help out. It turned out that it was almost two weeks after the car purchase by the time we contacted him. While not sure if there is still the possibility, we were so happy to hear that he would still keep his promise. Indeed,, Gray has done an excellent job in taking care of customer and in providing high quality services. He is cheerful, patient and truly customer oriented, making us so comfortable in the whole car delivery process. We highly recommend Gary Wheeler.

We bought our 2011 X3 from Vi at BMW of Fremont. Vi recommended that we have Gary show us the new features of the car since there are a lot of improvements from prior models. Sure enough the car had a lot of new features. Gary went through the features and explained them thoroughly. The way he explained the features was easy to understand. We recommend that if you buy your car at BMW of Fremont, make sure you have Gary show you how your car works because it it's so much easier to understand, compared to reading the manual. Spending the few minutes with Gary is well worth it.

I have never purchased a car and received this type of service and explanation of the cars features. The dealer was closed, but Gary stayed 1 hour+ after closing to support my questions without rushing. Great experience.
