I had the best experience buying my dream car with Cathe Ganly in 2012. From the first day we met, I really enjoyed working with her to finalize my purchase. I worked with Cathe on a European Delivery for my 2012 328i sedan. The process was excellent from beginning to end. Cathe is fully aware of pricing, options, etc. even when they are changing from year to year, and always responds to inquiries in a timely matter. She does not play any 'games' that other salespeople might try to pull. Even when my car was delayed at US customs/BMW prep center, Cathe continued to work hard in figuring out where the car was and tried to move it along as quickly as possible.

We had no issues picking up the car in Europe and the car was exactly as ordered.

I highly recommend working with Cathe and have already provided her name to a few friends looking to do European Delivery of their new BMWs. Thanks Cathe!

Cathe helped me and my wife bought the 2010 M3. She was patient in explaining our questions on the options we were interested in. She explained the ordering process step by step to us. She proactively updated the status of our order. When BMW informed us that they installed the wrong speakers on our car, she helped us resolved the problem. After we got our car, she offered free BMW driving class to us. She is still available to offer help now. We bought our first BMW from BMW of Fremont a week back. We connected with Cathe over the internet a few months back and we finally own a BMW X3 that we wished for. Cathe made it all possible by patiently working with us on finding the right vehicle that meets our specifications. The whole buying process was smooth and very professionally handled. We liked the fact that Cathe did not pressurize us in any way to force us into making a decision quickly. We looked at different colors/features and we finally ended up custom ordering one (thanks to Cathe again) so that we get what we want instead of taking what's available. During this more than 2 month buying process, Cathe was always in touch and responded quickly to our emails, questions and requests. I approached BMW of Fremont through Costco Auto Purchase program. After I provided my details on Costco Website, Cathe Ganly reached out to me to setup an appointment at my convenience. She took all the necessary information about my auto needs in terms of the Model, Color, features etc and gave me a brief walkthrough of the existing inventory (showroom). She promised to work on my requirements and wanted me to come back the following day (which happened to be a weekend). By the time I went back, Cathe had already shortlisted the vehicles from her inventory based on my requirement and kept them ready for me to see and test drive.

She patiently explained each of the vehicle models/features in detail to see which of those models would be of interest to me. She even promised to work to get me the right vehicle either from the factory and/or other dealers in case they don't have what I needed. Luckily, they did have the vehicle that I needed. Once I finalized the vehicle, she offered an additional test drive to explain each and every feature in detail to make sure I was totally comfortable making my decision. One thing I really liked working with her was the casual atmosphere providing me ample time to make my decision without any seller side pressure. Finalizing the deal was also smooth and I feel she tried her best to get me a decent price. After the purchase process was complete, she spend few additional hours on my vehicle to get it detailed etc. Additionally she spend some more time to go over various other aspects/features of the new vehicle.

Overall, it was a great car buying experience with excellent customer service from cathe. I am glad I got in touch with her for my car purchase needs. I would strongly recommend Cathe ganly for all your BMW vehicle purchases, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Cathe 4 years ago when I was searching for a new car. Although I was not in a particular hurry to purchase a new car, I went to the BMW web-site anyway and requested some information. Cathe contacted me immediately and asked me to stop by the dealership that weekend. I told her that I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a car for at least another 3 or 4 weeks, but she told me no problem, that I should come anyway so she could meet me. As soon as I heard Cathe say that, I knew that I had to meet her!

I stopped by the dealership a couple of days later, and Cathe let me test-drive a couple of 328i sedans on the lot. After driving one with the sport package, I knew that I had to have that car! Doing business with Cathe was so easy and stress-free. We quickly agreed on a price. As an additional incentive, BMW had a promotion where they were offering 0.9% financing for 5 years. The problem was that the car I wanted (silver) was in Orange County and the car had to be driven off the Fremont lot within 3 days!

At that point, Cathe offered to fly down to Orange County and drive my car back up to the Bay Area. I was so amazed and impressed that she would go out of her way to take care of a customer like that. Cathe is completely different from all the other car salespeople I've had to deal with. She is extremely warm and caring, and genuinely cares about her customers. I will get frequent emails from Cathe asking about my wife and my children. Even though she knows that I'm not in the market for a new car, she will write to me on occasion to tell me about a new cool car that's on her lot (like the new 3-series!) and ask me if I'm interested in taking it out for a spin!

BMW of Fremont is extremely blessed to have such an exceptional employee as Cathe, and I am proud to call her a very dear friend of mine.

Cathe was key in providing an exceptional purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 328i.

She was prompt in first reaching out to me via email when I submitted my car choice via the Costco Auto Buyers Program.

After initial contact, we arranged to meet and test drive the new 328i. She explained the various features and was very patient in arranging multiple visits to help me decide on a few key options. We then placed a build to order with BMW and the car arrived on 10 weeks later.
