She took time to go over my spec, and explained each item so that I had better understanding on if it was really necessary and the alternatives. She also went above and beyond trying to find cars that matched my needs. My job requires me to travel frequently so I don't have a lot of time to shop around. Candice understood my needs. When it came to price, unlike other dealers, who were going circles without revealing the final quote, Candice was straightforward and wasted no time. With little negotiation, I got the deal at my desirable price. The whole process was stress-free and hassle-free. While preparing the paperwork, Candice was very patient and made sure I was totally satisfied with the finance option I chose. After the sale, she e-mailed and called me several times to follow up and reminded me to make an appointment with delivery guy. I am very impressed by Candice's salesmanship. She is a true asset to BMW Fremont. I would highly recommend her to any perspective BMW buyers.

Candice went above any beyond in our transaction for a 335i. She not only did the sale, but took ownership and did the financials and took the time to explain everything in detail. When picking up the car, I found out that she had it go through detail twice because she was not satisfied. She truly wants you to be happy and ensures you remain so.

I don't usually write review but I will do it for Candice Wallace of BMW of Fremont, CA becuase she is exceptional in pre-, during- and post-sales. And she is first car sales I have dealt with that I will wholeheartedly recommend.

My wife was looking for a 2011 BMW535i with very specific exterior and interior color, and only Premium Package & Premium Package 2, no more, no less. It is very hard to find and other Bay Area BMW dealers don't even try or follow up.

Candice is courteous, considerate and go out of her way to help. She worked hard and find there is a perfect match in Arizona and she called to discuss with us with absolutely no pressure and discussed fairly from both buyer / seller perspectives. With just a little negotation, we decided to give the faith to Candice and she didn't disappoint. She saw through the transactions carefully. After the car delivered, even while she was sick and out for a few days, she still followed up and make sure everything is done correctly.
