Deep was very patient, understanding, helpful and professional. He took the time and care to understand the problem, fix it, test it extensively and follow-up. He seems to be technically knowledgeable and I get the confidence that he knows exactly what is going on with the car. Deep is a thoughtful, efficient service writer who did a great job. He understood my time was important, so he offered options to best fit my schedule. He said we could replace both the LED ring lamps simultaneously since they frequently go out in close proximity, saving me a second trip to the dealership. He also double-checked my record for a recall issue to make sure everything was in place and there would be no hiccups or surprises once the backordered part arrived. My car was ready on time, washed, and looking great. Thanks Deep!

I have owned BMW's for the last 15 yrs or so and have always had my cars serviced at BMW of Mountain View. My service advisor for the last 5 yrs has been Gary Wilson. In today's fast paced world personal service can be very hard to come by but I have found that Gary has exceeded my expectations every time I have dealt with him. He has always gone the extra step to see that I am totally happy with my BMW experience. On a scale of 1-10 Gary has always gotten a 10 mark from me.

Deep Saini was very receptive in understanding the issues the car had and also recommended a few more checks for the 30000 mile routine maintenance. He also accomodated my request to retrieve a few things off the car at an odd hour and let me take back my car a few days later. He is very patient and communicates really well.

I have been thrilled with my service experiences ever since I started working with Gary Wilson at Mountain View BMW. Gary has helped me maintain my third BMW now (along with 2 other BMW's in the family). I recently purchased a new 5 series and I was assigned another service writer - I quickly made sure that was corrected that and moved back to Gary. I didn't even want to chance someone else.
Gary has helped me identify concerns with my car's performance and even helped me understand some of the nuances of my GPS system in the new car. He has worked with my schedule and always made sure my car was ready if I was under a deadline. Gary did a great job with a rather tricky issue. Sometimes we don't have answers no matter if your a doctor or a technician but the tenacity to be at it and follow through with looking into all possibilities is what I got from Gary and team. This was my first revisit to BMW Mt View in many years. For such a huge operation, everything and everyone knows their job, does their job with respect to both clients and their time and their vehicles. I felt well taken care of from the very first call to Deep Saini until my driver arrived to bring me to your station to even the cashier. It is an exceedingly well run place, so much so I raved about the service to my office colleagues. Would that more businesses had your service excellence - something for all to aspire to - kudos!

I had a stellar experience with Brian. I hadn't bought a car in seventeen years. I was kind of dreading the experience of car shopping. What I really liked was how Brian just let the car sell itself--on our test drive he did not talk nonstop trying to sell me the car--he just let me feel it out for myself. He let me spend as much time as I wanted looking over the car after our test drive--it gave me a chance to just feel it out. It turned out to be the car for me. As a preowned car I decided to take it to my mechanic to look it over--he congratulated me for getting such a great car. So I also feel good about the honesty of the service professionals at Mt.View BMW. Although I won't be looking for another car for many years to come, when I do need one I'll be looking for Brian.

He paid full attention to what I had to say about the problem and replicated and fixed it by ordering a part and replacing it on my car. For anyone who has not done European delivery, this was my 3rd time and the new BMW Welt (Factory/Museum/Pick up location) is fantastic.
I believe every BMW owner should experience the Autobahn at least once, to understand why these cars are engineered like no other.

I was able to get the exact car I was looking for and do most of the papaerwork over email which greatly expedited the process upon delivery of the vehicle. I brought my X5 in because the engine light was on. Mr. Deep Saini has been my service advisor for some time, and once again, he has gone above and beyond to make my experience a truly pleasant one. How many people can claim that? He not only made sure all my concerns were addressed but also pointed out all the free maintenance services that were coming up soon so that I would not have to make unnecessary trips in the future. He also ran some extra tests to give me peace of mind (someone had told me she thought my wheels were wobbling). As an icing on the cake, he made sure my car was cleaned inside and out before handing it over. These are the little touches that make a customer think he/she is well taken care of. Now my car runs great and I feel great about my experience at my BMW service center. Thank you!

This is the third BMW I have bought from Joe Wahler and I am quite satisfied once again. Joe has always given me good advice. I considered replacing my Audi with another Audi, but chose the BMW X1 both because I liked the car and it is a pleasure working with Joe. Joe found the car I wanted even when I cound no longer order it.

After attempting to get pre-approved from the BMWUSA, Vlaho contacted me to try and help me out. It seems I was filling out the form incorrectly. He helped me fill out the form correctly and I was pre-approved. Through each step of the way, Vlaho was attentive and responsive. We were able to negotiate a deal I was happy with, so I came in to place the order quite smoothly. After the car arrived, I was notified right away to schedule an appointment with Vlaho and financing. The entire process was smooth and without any complications, which is the ideal way to purchase a car.

Deep did an awesome job with helping me in repairing my vehicle. I appreciate his openness and honesty regarding the repairs. I also appreciate the fact that when I deal with him and he sees I am a women that I am not automatically written off, as experienced just recently when I brought my car in as a drop in a month ago to the same location. From the first email to final sale, Laura went the extra mile to get us the car of our dreams. At ever step of the way, she answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were being pressured to buy a car that we didn't want. Even after the sale, she's very willing to help out with new car questions. Overall, the customer service we received from her was above par and should serve as an example for every salesperson out there. This is how buying a car should be -- Enjoyable!

Starting from May 2010, Saini helps all of my X5 maintenance. For more than 2 years of service Saini always did his best job to take care of my car, giving me the best advice about maintenance and all the services like loan car or pick-up are great. So I extended my warranty to 6yrs/100k miles without any doubt since I want the best service for my X5!

My experience working with Armen to find a car was very smooth and stress free. I started looking for a new car then changed my mind to a used car. Armen was very helpful for both searches, arranging for me to drive a similar car for several hours to make sure it was what I wanted. The negotiations were easy enough that I did not have to bring my husband into it. I was treated with respect which I appreciated. Several weeks after I took delivery, I requested a few things which Armen immediately agreed to do. All in all, not the usual experience a woman on her own finds purchasing a car. Thanks, Armen!

I just picked up my 328i at the BMW service center in Mountain View, and the service was excellent. I felt compelled to write a review as it was my 4th service in the past year, and all experiences have been excellent!

I took my Z4 into Mountain View BMW and asked that Gary Wilson be my adviser. I had had a persistent electrical issue with my car for pretty much the duration of its lifetime with failed attempts in the past to correct the issue. I told Gary that I did NOT want to pick up my car without an active fix applied to the car, no matter how long it took.
Gary was very professional, took the time to make sure my car was cared for and that I received appropriate follow up during the two days that it was out. I picked up my car after two days and the problem has completely been fixed -- so far so good.
Gary is a pleasure to work with and easy to talk with. I won't hesitate to use him again as my service adviser.

Deep is a brilliant service advisor who is mostly busy because of all his appointments. I got in my 2012 BMW because its exhaust was making a rattling noise during cold starts and at lower gear. The sound was very annoying. He looked at the problem and got it fixed in the first attempt. He had to order the parts. He also looked at the recall notices that BMW had recommended for my car and got them done. After getting the car fixed he explained me well in detail what the issue was. He answered all my questions on service warranty. I plan to get all my car service done from him.

If you get Gary as your service advisor, you are in luck! He may seem younger than the other advisors but don't think for a second that he is not as experienced if not more so than his peers. I had previously worked with two other advisors and now I keep returning ever since Gary started taking care of my car. He is always highly communicative, always transparent, never tries to sell me services I don't need and always explains everything in detail. Not to mention he is always very professional and courteous. With so many dealers in the Bay Area, he is the kind of advisor that makes it easy to be loyal to BMW Mtn View.

Gary fixed a relatively minor problem with the passenger seat lumbar support adjustment in my 2011 E90. (Minor problem, but it had made the front seat unusable.) The (obscure) part to fix problem had to be ordered. When it came in he expedited the repair even though the shop was extremely busy. He kept me upraised of the progress and got me in/out quickly. I appreciated his professionalism. He's a great service-writer.

I ordered a 2013 528i xDrive at the end of Novemver 2012, and got the car on Jan 8, 2013. The sales manager that helped me was Vlaho Miletek. The process was efficient, the experience was pleasant, the car is magneficant, the deal was very good. Vlaho delivered all of the above to me. His service was outstanding. I highly recommend Vlaho without hezitation. Here is my experience to share.
Vlaho Miletek is the internet sale manager at BMW of Mountain View. I got connected to him within 24 hours after I specified a 528 iX on BMW's web site through the "build your own car" link. In his first email, Vlaho provided a detailed quotation with good savings over the MSRP. He also asked a couple of simple questions to make sure that he understands the features I wanted, and invited me to stop by for a test drive.
The next day, I stopped by after work for a test drive. It's nice that it did not interrupt my work schedule. Vlaho took a car that matched my spec fairly closely for a test drive. The test drive matched my expections. He spent the next 15 minutes discussing with me on why I specified the specific features. This was very useful for the next step when searching the inventory. He would know which features can not be compromised and which features I am more flexible. For example, all-wheel drive is a must-have feature as it's a neccesity when driving to my vacation house in Lake Tahoe in the winter. Vlaho spent the next 15 minutes with me at his computer searching through the entire BMW inventory in the western US region. There were 3 cars that came close to my spec, in Colorado, Idaho and Washington. For each of these cars, Vlaho printed the itemized MSRP and what he would offer me - all with good savings. We concluded though, that if I am spending $60,000, it better be exactly what I wanted. So we decided to order from factory. Over the next 15 minutes, he worked with me in securing a production lot in the queue from the computer system. The time was end of November, shortly before the German factory's month-long shutdown between December 15 and January 15. He was able to find a lot in the queue that was marked lower in priority. We decided to trade for that spot the next day. The total time I spent at the dealer was an hour, more or less evenly divided among test drive, details of the features, searching the inventory and when not found, finding a production lot in the queue to get the car sooner. It was quite efficient. I was very satisfied with Vlaho's help and his transparency.
The next day, Vlaho was able to secure the production lot for me so the car would go into production with my specs before the factory shutdown. I stopped by to sign the order, again afterwork. BMW was offering a combined $3,500 "New Year" price break for customers that are buying via BMW financing. Since I was going to pay with cash, this saving did not seem to apply directly. Vlaho was able to get the price break for me after a short consultation with the finance people. That was a nice holiday gift! I signed the order. Vlaho told me that he was not going to charge my credit card for the security deposit on the form - a couple of thousand dollars. I spent a total of 30 minutes there that day.
The car came just a little over a month later on January 8th. I went over there afterwork. While the finance office was preparing the paperwork, Vlaho gave me a tutorial of using the new features in the car, especially the computer menu and voice control. He showed me how to pair my phone, test calling my home and etc. I signed the papers in the finance office, and drove the car off the lot. Total time spent was about an hour.
It's been an efficient process and a pleasant experience. Vlaho made it easy for me to get exactly what I specified in 5 - 6 weeks, and with a very good price. Again, I highly recommend Vlaho,

Vlaho told me that he was not going to charge my credit card for the security deposit on the form - a couple of thousand dollars. I spent a total of 30 minutes there that day.
The car came just a little over a month later on January 8th. I went over there afterwork. While the finance office was preparing the paperwork, Vlaho gave me a tutorial of using the new features in the car, especially the computer menu and voice control. He showed me how to pair my phone, test calling my home and etc. I signed the papers in the finance office, and drove the car off the lot. Total time spent was about an hour.
It's been an efficient process and a pleasant experience. Vlaho made it easy for me to get exactly what I specified in 5 - 6 weeks, and with a very good price. Again, I highly recommend Vlaho,

I have a new 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible that was inspected at BMW of Mountain View and I am incredibly pleased with the whole experience!! I worked with Gary Wilson and he and was exceptional. I purchased my car used and the inspection was to cover any future incidentals to the car since it had exceptionally low milage. After the inspection, Gary went through all the details in great detail and followed up with a phone call checking to see if I had any additional questions! Gary has been my service advisor since late 2010. During the past year, I have taken my BMW 530I in for service several times, and each time, Gary took great care of it. One time, when the car was in for a regular maintenance, I asked for his input and an estimate for a fix for the left side window of the back seat which was malfunctioning. While working on the maintenance, he had the window reprogrammed and took care of the problem for me as a courtesy without a charge.

Brian helped us trade in two old cars (both BMW 330s from 2004) and replace them with a new BMW 328i. We were pretty uncertain just what we wanted to do when we came in, and he was just fantastic in working with us: patient, helpful, thoughtful. At no point did he make us feel like he was trying to do anything other than help us find what was right for us (that is, we never felt like he was trying to "sell" us). That made him all the more effective, and we left very happy with our choice. I would/will happily recommend him to friends.

I was discouraged when my 528i had seat problems and Peter Pan BMW said there was nothing they could do about it after I had taken it there 3 times. Vlaho did an excellent job showing us his BMW range and selling us a 328i Sport. We were assigned to Vlaho by the Costco auto sale program, and were delighted by the superb service he gave us. He demonstrated the color and model we wanted and we bought it within the hour. We recently moved to Deep as our service advisor and it has been a great experience. Deep is very attentive, supportive and thorough. With one of the cars that was brought in for servicing, Deep made sure that we got the attention of the Service Manager which helped to resolve an ongoing problem that your the service dealership was unable to previously fix.

He is definitely the best sales person I have ever met, after all the exhausting negotiation with various representatives from BMW and other competitive manufacturers. We recently leased a 2013 F30 and had a great experience with Vlaho. He is probably one of the best car sales guys I have worked with. Extremely professional, patient and highly knowledgeable about BMWs and cars in general. We were initially debating lease vs buy, new vs used and 328i vs 335i. Vlaho provided a lot honest, useful and practical information that helped us narrow down our decision. He was very friendly and spent enough time with us on each of our visits. We never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process. He knows his car stuff. It was a pure joy talking to him about various technicalities and performance numbers of these cars.

Deep was very courteous and professional. He attended to my needs as soon as I arrived at the service department and explained that my service request would require a test drive with the shop foreman. While I had to wait a while for he foreman to return from lunch, Deep was kind enough to check in with me every now and then during my wait.

Deep Saini has provided the best service, communication and follow up I have received since becoming a BMW owner in 1995. I owned two 7 Series cars with 100 mile service plans and worked both with Fremont and primarily Stevens Creek. The whole experience with Mt View beginning with Deep but including the whole process has been the best!

I unreservedly recommend Michael Borbet as my client advisor at BMW of Mountain View. Before purchasing my 2013 M5 via the Euro Delivery process, I had spoken with several other BMW dealerships. I chose Michael because of his willingness to be direct and fair in my purchasing process. After we agreed on the price of the car, he continued to be diligent in following up with me. He made the process of ordering the exact car I wanted easy, despite my multiple requests to change specifications. He prepared me well for the Euro Delivery trip. And he has followed up closely with me as I await its final delivery to the States. I had a very pleasant and hassle-free experience in working with Michael and his whole team to buy my first BMW. I was excited as well as worried about my first BMW, but Michael made it simple and tension-free. He provided me the best quote available and did not leave any room for me to bargain. Michael Borbet at BMW of Mountain View has been fabulous to work with. I was referred to BMW of Mt. View by a colleague when I was looking for a new M5. I originally started working with another sales person whom has since left the dealership. Michael picked up my order has has been my point of contact ever since. I started off on the waiting list for a 2013 M5. I was number 4 on the list and likely wouldn't get my order fulfilled until 2013. However, Michael knew I was anxious to take deliver as soon as possible, so when one of his other customers backed out of their European Delivery on an M5, Michael called me right away. I went to the dealership that same day and confirmed my order for pick up in Munich early in September. From the time that I placed the order until now, Michael has been fantastic to work with. After taking delivery in Munich, BMW issued a recall on the oil pump for my car. It was still being shipped back to the US but Michael called me one day saying they had a new oil pump waiting for my car and would install it as soon as it arrive at the dealership. I really appreciate this type of proactive communication. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Michael and BMW of Mt. View so far.

Gary is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He provided quotes for services in a timely manner and was honest and informative. He was also very responsive when I emailed him for information (this is unusual as many people do not respond to emails promptly; however, I use email far more than the phone and Gary was flexible with me using either method to contact him). After an unsuccesful attempt to purchase a BMW X-6 from my local dealer, I called Armen at BMW of Mountain View and asked if he could help me lease a car. He was very helpful in getting my lease return on my existing vehicle handled and helped me find the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. In order to secure the vehicle in the color I preferred he had to trade another dealer working closely with his fleet manager. Eric had great knowledge of the dealership's stock and was quickly able to find a car that met the very specfic featureset that I was looking for. The sales process was done quickly and Eric explained to everything very throughly. He was able to answer any questions I had. He walso worked around the rather busy schedule I had that week. Eric was fantastic in explaining all the features of the BMW after I bought the car. Definitely a great car buying experience. I know Robert hasn't been at this dealership as long as some of the others and doesn't have as many reviews, but please give him a call if you are looking for a BMW. He was awesome throughout our shopping/purchase/delivery experience and I give him my absolute highest recommendation.

The car was not where the computer said it was but Robert searched the whole garage with us until we found it. Through the order process he was completely honest and transparent, getting us great pricing and checking all details to make sure there were no errors in our order. We left with a confirmed production number and our car started production just four days later.
Throughout the build process, Robert sent us regular updates and was extremely responsive to our questions. The delivery process was great as well, he stayed extra late to make sure we were trained on the Space Shuttle- like complexity that is the modern BMW.

I have been interacting with Shelana for the last one week regarding clutch failure for my BMW 07 335i. Initially the dealership maintained that Clutch and Flywheel are not covered in warranty & maintenance. But upon my request Shelana did pursue my case with BMW NA. She took all the efforts to take pictures of the parts, send it to BMW and did make strong case. This entire process took almost a week. All through this ordeal, Shelana kept me updated through mails. And Finally today, I got some good news that they would be covered, but with a rider though. Anyways I am happy that main repair is covered. I greatly appreciate Shelana for all her due diligence and for standing by the customer. She is soo very patient, helpful and honest. I would rate her as one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with. Look no further, Shelana is the GOTO person for all your BMW service needs.
