It was a true pleasure to work with Gary. Although he is not our regular service advisor, he made every effort to follow-up and keep me informed as work was assessed and completed on our car. Since the car had to be towed into the shop after hours, he had to personally follow-up the following day to identify where the car was located, what the problem was, how much of the work would be covered by our Easy Care warranty, and then let me know when the car was ready to be picked up. Gary was terrific!

Brian helped me with a pre owned 550i. He was very helpful in answering questions on the car and honest about the condition of the car. We called about a specific used BMW X5 that we found online and spoke to Alec.
He was familiar with the car answered all our questions, quickly emailled us more details and handled negotiations by phone and text and we consummated the deal at the days end.
As we live in Santa Rosa, 100 miles away, it was very helpful to have someone as efficiient as Alec to assist us.

Purchasing my BMW 528i from Vlaho was the best car buying experience ever. My other other experience were buying new cars from Toyota, Mazda, Honda, and Acura dealers. Vlaho is a straight shooter and tells it like it is, no fudging with numbers. I also used the Costco service. We exchanged a few emails ahead of my visit. I went in, test drove, looked at the Costco numbers and they looked great! Done deal.

Three years ago, I purchased/leased a BMW from Armen Abrahamian. The process went so smoothly I decided to tempt fate and try it again. Last week I just leased another BMW from Armen. No difference - an absolutely flawless experience. Armen is so honest and easy to deal with, and makes sure every detail is handled. He kept in touch with me while my car was being built in Germany, and was with me every step of the way. The whole purchase process was a breeze. So 2 years from now when my lease is up, I'm going back to Armen. Why bother going anywhere else?

In April of 2012, I purchased a new 2011 BMW 335i from Hamid Tabrizi at the Mountain View BMW store. Hamid was extremely knowledgeable and provided a high caliber of service during this whole process. He did not pressure me to make a purchase, but took extra time to ensure that I understood the various alternatives which included driving four different cars over a period of several days. Further, he went to his General Manager on a few occasions to represent my requests. In each case, he did so with a professional attitude and was effective in securing what I believe to be a fair and equitable deal. Bought a car from Vlaho last month. Since it was very new (it had be built in Germany and delivered), he expertly helped me choose the accessories that would meet my needs. But even more, he helped me track my car in the BMW factory by giving me the the VIN# and across the Atlantic and through the Panama Canal by giving me the name of the ship that transported the car from Hannover Germany.

The whole purchase experience was straight forward and pain free, unlike many of the other dealers who I dealt with in the past. Vlaho was willing to price match the price of the car up front with very little negotiation in betweeen. Then, I personally configured my new X3 the features that I wanted, waited for about 2 months for the car to come in, signed the necessary paper work and took the car home.
Needless to say, Vlaho is a very professional sale person through out the whole purchase process. If you are considering buying or leasing a bimmer, you should at least talk to him before making your decision.

He contacted me promptly to provide updates on the status of my vehicle and was through in explaining the issues related to my 2006 530i and provided useful recommendations to help me decide what repairs need to be completed. Gary is on point! From the time he answers the phone with a proactive greeting for addressing your service needs to the final paperwork that wraps up in under three minutes, Gary is on point! Also appreciated is his 'light touch' via mobile/email (wahetever you specify) to give you status updates for coordinating pick-up times... he really facilitates the get-in/get-out service I value.

Vlaho Miletak helped me with my Active E lease. Having dealt with multiple dealerships in the past, this has been the most stress-free, hassle-free and smooth one ever. There are no hidden fees, no fact-stretching, Vlaho presents the information and does not harangue (unlike some other dealerships), making the entire experience pleasant and smooth, and I appreciate that, a lot. Before the lease, Vlaho was able to answer all questions and was never in a hurry to close the deal. During the reception of the vehicle he gave practical advice specific to the car (set the speed limiter since the car is quiet causing drivers to speed unintentionally), showing that he genuinely cares about his work. After I received the car he followed up regularly to check on my experiences. One of the best I've worked with, I highly recommend Vlaho to my friends, and will buy from him again.

Michael is great to work with. He really followed up on our questions, and resolved issues efficiently. There was no haggling or fuss - he made buying a car as quick and easy as possible. He is not the "game playing" car salesmen you're used to, and it's a refreshing change!
At delivery I was a little short on time, but he offered a demo drive as well as walking me through the features on the car.

I have had a very good experience working with Gary Wilson on more occasion than one. I am a perfectionist, and i like the fact that Gary is very detail oriented. Not only does he ensure that the job gets done right, he is also very sensitive to the time constraints within which the task must be performed.

Vlaho was great to work with over the two years that it took for me to get my new 2012 3 Series. He was always very helpful and responsive. By far the best car salesperson I've worked with, I found him online after a few visits to the dealership without any luck. Unfortunately, I've found many of the BMW lot sales people to be unapproachable and not very friendly.

I recently purchased my new BMW car from the Mountain View BMW. Before my purchase I made inquiries over internet and was very lucky to be connected with Mr. Vlaho Miletak. Throughout the whole process of selecting and purchasing my new car, Vlaho was there with me and for me and relentlessly answered all my questions and inquiries, showed me any model car I wished to see, provided me with all information I wanted to know, and was there for me at any time I wished. He was very helpful and caring to me before, during and after the purchase, making the whole experience very pleasant and friendly. He very carefully explained to me all pros and cons for each car model I considered and was willing to teach me all intricacies of each car. I would not be able to enjoy all my new car features without his friendly tutoring. We bought a CPO X5 from BRIAN. From the moment I called to schedule a test drive, he took excellent care of us. Brian showed interest in getting us the car we wanted, at our pace, acting promptly on our requests (eg, bringing cars from other dealerships), and without lame sales techniques. Once we purchased the car, he took the time to show me the cool hidden features that the X5s have. I am very happy with the whole sales process and couldn't be happier about driving my new BMW!
On the financing side, we had an excellent time with Pat See, their financial director. She did a great job helping us find the right mix of downpayment and financing to get us the lowest loan rate, which was what we were after.
We did have a hiccup when doing a follow up with one of the financial assistants, but hey, everyone else from the receptions to the sales manager was awesome, I don't mind minor blip and won't lower my perception due to her cluelessness.

BRIAN is the best sales person I have ever came across. Not your typical pushy and arrogant type. On his business card, his title is Client Advisor and that is exactly what he is. He wants to put you on the right car for you. He takes his time and he doesn't want to sell a car that day, in my case however, I got a great deal on exactly what I wanted to I bought a car from him. I trust Joe Wahler. Joe is now my BMW, go-to guy for life. Even though I moved to San Francisco, I will continue to service and finance my vehicles through Joe, all the way in Mountain View. I was completely stressed about the end of my lease, combined with moving to another city, but Joe put me at ease the second I met him. Actually, Joe put me at ease through his emails, even before we met. All I had to do was voice my concerns/needs and everything was taken care of, exactly how I wanted. It was the most enjoyable car experience ever and I'm actually not scared of doing it again, in a few years. Joe Wahler is a stand-up individual and it's easy to see why there's nothing but positive feedback for him everywhere you look (and I looked everywhere!). It's always been an excellent experience getting my vehicle serviced under Gary's watch. Although I asked to wait on the premises until services were completed, Gary proactively asked if I needed other means of transportation (the routine inspection service was to take 1-2 hours). He also remembered to replace my key battery and put my car through a wash. After service, Gary clearly explained what work was done, what areas needed my attention, and when I should expect my next visit. He's definitely a man of detail, and he's always the man I recommend to my fellow BMW owners for service work.

Gary was my service advisor for my last visit. I was able to get same day appointment and service was done fast. He even got me a loaner car even though I didn't reserve one at the time I called to make appointment.

Gary has been excellent in his work in all aspects. He was very clear and informative about the work assessment and kept me updated through the process. I felt confident that I am getting the right job done at the right price.
Unfortunately there was a small misshapening while my car was serviced and the front of the hood was dented. Gary made sure that the error would get corrected at no expense on my side. It looks better now than it used to before the accident.

Joe Wahler is such a a caring professional. He found the car we wanted in record time and it had all the bells and whistles. He made sure all the paperwork was ready to sign when we arrived.
He also took the time to sit in our beautiful 328i and explain how to operate it ,even helping us set up Bluetooth, Sirius Radio, and showed us how to add addresses to my phone, etc..

Out of all the service representatives I have worked with and trusted with my car, Gary Wilson has been the best at BMW of MTV. Whether it be a simple detailing, maintenance service, or body work. Gary has always been the most professional and reliable as far as making sure I get my car back in the same or better condition than when I dropped it off, in a timely fashion. My office moved to San Bruno late last year and though there is a dealership nearby, I bring my BMW to Mountain View because of the impeccable customer service. In particular, Gary Wilson is by far the best service advisor I have ever had. Gary continually exceeds my expectations every time I bring my car in. BRIAN really hooked me up on a car deal back in 2007 and I just picked up a 550 from him. Very easy and hassle free process both times. I am sure I will buy another BMW from him again. I have had my 530i for two years last Tuesday. Other service advisors have tried to help me with my car (my third BMW from this dealership) but I just don't have the confidence in them that I do in Gary Wilson. He keeps me informed of what is going on with the car and does not rush the repairs so they are done right. I have a huge comfort level with Gary and no interest in the other advisors even though I know they are fully competent.
I appreciate Gary's explanations and interest in getting to the heart of anything that seems to be amiss with this vehicle and I give him the highest recommendation.

Gary was one of the most consummate service manager professionals I have ever dealt with in the past 5.5 years of owing a BMW. Although, he was taking on some other service managers's spillover, he didn't leave a single stone un-turned to address my needs. He was very patient, took the time to answer all my questions and in spite of knowing that I was not ready to turn the car that day, he catered to all the services. He was diligent in reviewing the work that needed to be done to the car, and the reasons behind it. He even set me up with a loaner when I was back a week later to have another problem corrected.

Branden was courteous and professional. I brought the car in for oil/filter change. The key fob revealed several maintenance jobs that were due and Branden provided the cost. I didn't feel pressured to perform any of them, although he took the time to explain the importance of each.

Gary is an excellent service advisor, and he keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle when it is in for service. With two major recent repairs, one lasting over a month, Gary patiently responds to my repeated inquires about when the car will be finished, and it comes back washed.

BMW of Mt. View offered me a complimentary checkup and a car wash and Gary Wilson was the adviser this time. I'm very satisfied with what was done to my 335i.
He notified that the tires were wearing out but did not push me to order new tires cos they've got still 1k+ miles or so to go. He also found one possible alignment issue based on the pattern of the wear. Though probably not part of this service, Gary reattached a hanging mud fender that had been bothering me a long time cos BMW of Fremont asked for $500+ for the fix (parts and labor). But Gary finished this job nice and easy with no additional part and free of charge. I have tried all different BMW dealerships during my ownerships of 3 BMWs and I will say Gary is one of the best service advisers I've ever met. He is knowledgeable, patient and gets his jobs done on time. I will definitely come back to his service someday and will recommend him to friends.

I am currently driving my BMW X6M and the California driving experience has become a new adventure.

I read about Brian on Google Reviews for this dealership and other sites as well and I thought I might as well contact him. Well, it turned out that all of these reviews are dead on. He was so professional and he actually cared about giving my wife and I a great deal on a pre-owned car. I had some bad experiences before with sales people that were pushy and down right annoying. Not Brian. Very knowledgable and very loyal to the BMW brand. We highly recommend him.

It was the second time that I had come in with the same problem (it wasn't fixed the first time), so he proactively set me up to do a test drive with a mechanic so that they could understand the problem better. I really appreciated that and believe it was critical to finding out what was wrong with my car. He also called me every day with an informative but concise status update, which was great.

I like having Gary as my advisor. He is on top of the situation and takes care of the details. This was the second time Gary advised me in the last 3 months. The first time I replaced the tires on my 328i. He helped get very competitive pricing on the tires and I was glad to be able to replace the tires and get a wheel alignment done at the same time at BMW of Mountain View rather than buy the tires somewhere else and have to make a separate appointment for the wheel alignment. This last service appointment was for regular maintenance and everything went smoothly. Gary got me checked in right away and I was on my way to work in a matter of minutes. I was able to pick up my car during lunch.

I've brought my BMW for repair frequently in the past month. Branden has made my experience stress free and positive. He is quick to return calls or assists with any questions I may have. Stopped in just before Christmas,2011, for an oil change for my 750.
It was crowded - even after 10am - autos waiting in the street.
Nevertheless, Gary got me checked in quickly and even said he would have additional work - brake fluid flush performed to save an extra service trip.
I chose to wait for my car in the lounge area and in less than 2 hours - everything was completed.
Just want to acknowledge Gary's great service and efficiency in completing all the work in a timely manner during the very busy Christmas rush.
I'll always be bringing my 750 to Gary for my it's services.

I've been to almost every single BMW service center in the bay area and have always found something wrong or some type of issue at all other centers. I decided to give Mountain View a try and was pleasantly surprised to meet Branden. He was absolutely pleasant and answered all of my questions regarding the brake pad replacement and oil change. Also appreciated the fact that he provided me with a loaner since I lived more than 15 miles away. He called me right when the service was done and explained what work was performed. Overall great experience.

Ramsin was one of the few people working on a very busy Monday morning and he ran around to everyone's cars and made sure we were in and out. I could not have asked for a better experience. BMW of Mountain View's Service Advisor Gary Wilson's no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is style is both refreshing and commendable. He's not big on small talk, but that's ok. He is very attentive to details and possesses a genuine desire to help his customers, whether it be answering (numerous) questions or going above-and-beyond the regular call of duty (such as helping to install/re-install a child car seat). When it turned out that my car would need to be in the shop longer than originally expected (due to the fact that they did not have the part in stock), he called to inform me immediately and helped set me up with a loaner vehicle - by the time I got there, they gave me the keys and I was out of there in about 10 minutes (had to install the car seat) - no forms to fill out, no questions to answer, nothing. I appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he takes the time to really listen to his customers to ensure that their needs are met.

For context, I dropped my car off for a routine inspection and asked for Gary to look into some additional areas of concern. Just had the first service completed on my 2012 M3 by Mountain View BMW. Gary Wilson was my service advisor and I can say that he handled everything in a professional manner and took care of all the questions I had. Listened diligently and acted upon all the questions I had about the car. There is some follow-up work that needs to done with the car and he promptly got in touch to inform me that he will contact me when the necessary parts come in.

Had pleasant experience from Branden. My BMW has a hard reproduced issue of iDrive, he try what he can do to find it though the issue hasn't reproduced, but I am satisfied with his service. Definitely recommend him!

My experience with Gary has changed my opinion about car dealer service shops. He's honest, friendly, professional, clearly knows his stuff when it comes to BMWs, recommends only what is necessary, and always has your back if there are any problems. Originally I got a 2-door coupe as loaner car. The repair involved getting an approval from BMW to order a special part and took longer than what we expected. During that time I needed a bigger car to drive my 1-month old son to his doctor. Branden was very considerate and helped me switch to a 4-door sedan late Saturday. Once part arrived, repair was done smoothly and I am very happy about the whole procedure.

Gary was prompt and on time to receive me for my appointment. He knew what needed to be done. He followed up with me about the BMW emblem. He let me know when the emblem was in as it was not in stock during my appointment.

Brought car in for misfire problem and for a scheduled service per phone call from Bmw several weeks ago. Misfire began about three days ago w/out prior warnings. Bmw replaced coil and plug in cylinders 1-4 and 3 new fuel injectors over two day period after 1st days work did not solve problem.(still misfiring on startup 2nd morning).

BMW Stevens creek is 2 miles away from me, but I have been taking my BMW to mountain view location mainly because I have received such an excellent service from Ramsin. He is very polite, Curtis, thorough, and accommodating. He makes sure all issues are resolved and points out other issues that I need to think about for future. It is always a pleasure to see Ramsin.

After discovering that the rear wheel on my 335d had a crack, Ramsin was able to determine that it was covered by the warranty I paid for at the time I purchased my 335d. Ramsin's efficiency saved me time and money, since I was at work and not able to immediately review my warranty papers.

I considered getting my X3 at 3 different dealerships. I knew what features I wanted so and had done my research so had an idea as far as pricing. When I contacted Vlaho, he immediately worked on putting together a car with the options I wanted and provided me a reasonable starting price. What I liked was that he showed me what invoice would cost and offered a starting price of X dollars over invoice. After that, I knew that I would be getting my car from Vlaho. He's also very organized and was helpful throughout my entire purchase process. It was a pleasure to work with him and he really made the process as easy as car purchasing could be. We worked with Brian Bakhshandeh and had a fantastic experience. Over the years we've looked at BMWs in their SF, San Mateo and Mountain View dealers. We had by far the best experience in Mountain View. We found people at other dealers highly distracted and providing poor service. Brian on the other hand was highly responsive and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the fact that during the process he was patient and did not try to push the sale. And once we made our decision he worked very efficiently so that we could quickly finish and enjoy our new car. I would not hesitate to suggest going to this location and in particular working for Brian.

Branden is a probably the friendliest, most genuine service adviser I have had. He'll quickly figure out what repairs or service need to be done and inform me. His estimates of how long the service will take are usually spot-on. As my BMW ages I hope I won't have to visit too often, but I know my car will be in good hands when I do.

I found Branden very responsive, capable and good to work with. It is good to experience good customer service (with both Branden and Tim Perez) at an Auto Service Center, which does not appear to be very common in the Valley.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience buying a vehicle here. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and has an opinion about features of the car, which helped me appreciate things that I didn't even think about. He even gave me a primer on using all the buttons in the car after I purchased it so that I wouldn't be confused about using any of it. He also helped me pair my bluetooth phone. Pat in the finance department helped me do all the paperwork, and I drove out of there in three hours with a car. Great teamwork, guys. Thank you.

In the last couple of years I have been to Deep at BMW of Mountain View several times for service/maintenance and a used car inspection. I have felt satisfied every visit by Deep's genuine and working knowledge of the work needs that needs to be performed, how it will be performed, and also and explanation after all work is completed. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience. There have been times before I bought a BMW where I was at the dealers for 10 hours trying to buy a car, more than once! Gary at Mountain View BMW did an excellent job to solve my BMW's problem. The dash board suddenly display a alert message that the engine is malfunction when I was on my way home from airport. It scared me a lot and I directly drove to Mountain View BMW and Gary is assigned to assist on my case. When I got my car the next day, I found the problem has been solved, and much more than that: computer system has been updated and a few maintenance have been done also. Of course, the car got washed. The car looks have been running well without any problem for one week today. Gary and Mt. view BMW did a great job. The only thing I may worry is the free maintenance only has 2 and half year left...

Vlaho was very helpful in the whole Car buying process. But, the most impressed me is about the follow-up service he did after the car been sold. I really appreciated being contacted on multiple occassions to check if I had any issues with the car or if I need any help with the functioning of the car. I own a Audi and never recieved such a service before or heard of any salesman doing a follow-up after the sales.

Olivia has the patience of a saint -- she spent hours assuaging my deliberations over a piddly used car. She's very friendly, motivated and most importantly a calm and flexible negotiator who clearly wants to make her clients happy. Gary Wilson was efficient, professional, and friendly. I brought my car in early morning, and I got a loaner and was back to the office (Menlo Park) in just less than an hour. Usually, my experience is that, even if I have the very first time slot in the morning AND I get there early to try to make thing quicker, I end up having to wait for 20-30 minutes for the representative to appear.

I have been to Stevens Creek BMW and Mountain View BMW several times. I have to say, Olivia is by far the best sale person I've ever met. I test-drove two cars and she was very helpful. She explained the difference and compared the pros and cons, which helped me make the decision fast. In the price negotiation, she was also very honest. I did not easily trust a sale person, but she is definitely the exception. Finally I got a very decent deal on my car (2011 328i). I am so happy about this experience.

My experience with Gary has been outstanding on a couple of occasions, even prior to being a customer of Mt View.
He was a life saver a number of months back when my car interior was ripped to pieces by your "in-house" represented body shop, and they just plain refused to fix it. When I almost had given up hope, Gary noticed my despair (literally the minute I was about to walk out), and took me through the proper escalations to get the issues resolved. Otherwise I would have associated their incompetence with your dealership and were planning to contact the central BMW office, and sue both companies. Amazing how much pain and suffering a little bit of customer service can prevent.
I just brought in my Z4 for its final "covered" service under the warranty, and remembered Gary's name even after all these months. Though this was my first service experience with your Dealership (not mentioning Smythe fiasco), I received the prompt and personal customer attention that I expected from him.
Whether I choose to renew the warranty or upgrade the vehicle in the future, all else being the same, I plan to stay with Mt View dealership, as I'm comfortable with Gary, and your dealership is much closer to me than my prior BMW base.
Gary has brought your dealership a new customer, saved you a lawsuit, and prevented hours and hours of my time to be wasted. Thank you!

I recently purchased a new set of tires for my 328i sedan and could not have been more pleased with how Gary handled everything. He gave the corporate pricing for the tires that I saw through the BMW of Mt. View website (lower than the posted price in the service area). Got me an appointment for the next day. He also threw in some other maintenance services that could be done at that time. I am planning on scheduling my next appointment through Gary.

Joe helped me find and buy the exact vehicle we wanted (X5 35d with Pandora of course). He has a wealth of experience and most importantly he cares about his friends and customers and looks to build long lasting relationships built on trust and honesty. There are a lot of BMW dealerships in the Bay Area but I would recommend that you at least talk to Joe before buying from any other dealer. He is a class act and one of the good guys.

Ramsin P is very professional with a down to earth character, something that most customer like myself value very much! He is someone who remembers you when you are coming back for another scheduled /non shceduled maintenance. I visited Mountain View BMW for service on my vehicle in December 2011 based on the fact that it is close to my work location and I was having difficulty getting a service appointment at the BMW dealer near my home where I had previously had my car serviced. I picked Gary Wilson from the list of service advisors on the MV BMW website and scheduled an appointment online. When I met Gary at the appointed time, he was helpful and efficient and got me on my way quickly with a loaner car. Gary had researched in advance that my vehicle was subject to a just-announced recall campaign to replace an auxiliary water pump and scheduled that work in addition to the brake job that I had scheduled. When parts were delayed, Gary notified me promptly and set my expectations. He was helpful and proactive throughout the 6-day period that my car was at the dealer waiting for parts and being repaired. I will use Gary as my regular BMW Service Advisor from now on and have already recommended him to a friend of mine. Gary is top notch. Thanks, Gary for a pleasant service experience.

During my last service visit on Dec 2, 2011 (Fri), I found Branden extreme professional, responsive and customer-oriented. He explained the potential problems and charges very clearly when I dropped off my car, and he called me immediately after he found that it would take one more day for repair. When I went back to the dealership the same day, he already arranged the loaner service for me. Finally, the car was ready for pickup promptly the next day.

Eugene did great job for us. He got us a great trade-on deal and a great price on a new X3. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars and the sales process. I was not sure if I wanted to get the wife a new car but he actually brought up a few good reasons I had not really thought of. The trade in had just crossed the 50k barrier and was now out of warranty and maintenance for a BMW. I just was not thinking about that but it was better to get a new car that was covered since it was a lease and we actually traded it in. I have always had good experiences at this BMW dealer and working with Eugene was no exception. I also thought about trading in my 3 series hard-top but he gave me a few good reasons not too. How about that, a sales guy talking me out of getting myself a new car. It's always good to get the truth for a change.

I walked in unannounced to Joe at 1:30pm and drove off with a new car 2 hours later. Joe treated me fairly, honestly and with integrity. He tackled and solve problems and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I'll be back for my next car and would recommend anyone to use Joe Wahler.

If you are on the market for a new or used car to buy, I highly recommend contacting a Mr. Eugene Masalitin at the Mountain View BMW dealership. I recently purchased a new BMW from Mr. Masalitin and at every stage of the sales process, from assessing my needs and my budget to selecting and delivering my car on time as promised, Mr. Masalitin's support was as courteous and patient as it was knowledgeable. Because of that support, I cannot recommend Mr. Masalitin more highly.

i researched cars for 5 months and had exposure to sales people from a variety of dealerships. Olivia was, by far, the most professional and pleasant person to work with. There are no high pressure tactics and she is very well-versed on on each of the models and the car world in general. BMW Mountain View has an excellent employee in Olivia. I would recommend her to anyone.

Gary did a terrific job for us getting a nagging problem SMG transmission in our 2004 330i fixed. The transmission would intermittently not get into gear. Even though the Techs could not reproduce the problem or find anything on the "Black box trouble sensors", he did not give up on the problem--even thought the techs could not repeat the problem over a week of having the car in the shop. He had the tech call me personally to review what problem we had been having (this was terrific). He finally recommending tearing down the trans giving me several good reasons why this had to be done. Indeed, once the trans was opened up, it was revealed that the problem was related to a floppy fly wheel not picked up by the trouble sensors but a part failure that would cause the trans to not engage reliably. So far, the problem seems to be solved.
We not sooner picked up the 330i, then we had to get the windshield replaced on my 2008 M3 convertible. Once again, he worked to get us a reasonable price to replace the windshield on this high tech vehicle with lots of "sensors" involved. A perfect job.
Gary spends a lot of time with the customer explaining what is going on and never appears short or irritated with questions (which I always have)--and he may get so involved with getting each problem totally worked up and solved (which is good) that sometimes, he is hard to get on the phone--but the job he does for the customer is worth it. This problem may have been more noticeable to me since the 330i was in the shop for 10 days before the problem was identified--and we all were getting frustrated a bit not getting an answer right away.

I have been a customer at BMW of Mountain View since 2005 and had a couple of other service advisors, whom I did not really care for until I had Randy Sorrentino, who was absolutely great. After Randy changed departments, I had the pleasure to be referred to Gary Wilson by Randy.
Gary has been nothing but awesome to me. His customer service, his promptness on calling back, and simply just going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.

My name is Bob James I recently purchased a 2008 528i from Olivia Trouard at Mt. View BMW. First off let me start off by saying how the purchase of my BMW in Novemeber 2011 was one of the best, easiest, non stress situation of buying a car that I have ever experienced. Knowing what an investment the car I was looking for was going to be, I wanted to make sure I picked out the right car regardless of how long it took. Olivia had the patience of JOB in this instance for sure. I had Olivia looking for a 328i for me for around 2 months straight. I was not in a hurry, being that I wanted to sell my current vehicle before I jumped into a new purchase. As it turned out, the day I was finally able to make a trip to Mt. View from the east bay (brentwood) to look at cars on the lot, I fell in love with a 528i. Note Olivia had already had the 3 series that I had been eyeing for a week detailed and ready for me. Unknown to her I was going to ask about another car that was parked on the lot and out of the price range that I had originally given her. The stars were lined up for sure this day for sure. As it turned out I sold my 2003 Chevy Tahoe in the parking lot of the BMW dealership the same day I purchased my new/used BMW .. I never felt rushed, pressured to buy the car (which to me makes all the difference in the WORLD. I attribute my exceptional service and treatment to Olivia, I also appreciate the personal service that the GM displayed and the friendly finance staff for making this purchase enjoyable,,,

Gary is very thorough in his communication and responds to our questions within an hour (even on weekends). Michael helped me make my decision on the vehicle by understanding what i was looking for, etc. He wasn't trying to "close the deal" unlike other sales people i've interacted with in the past. He was also patient with my travel schedules and communication breaks to still keep in touch.

Gary has been my service advisor since late 2010. During the past year, I have taken my BMW 530I in for service several times, on one occasion for a major job, and each time, Gary took great care of it.

As miscommunications do sometimes occur the impression one is left with is based on the resolution or outcome of the situation. While working with Gary to get my BMW serviced for the first time at the Mountain View location, there was a miscommunication. Stressing over this miscommunication - I emailed him after hours hoping that he would respond first thing in the morning. To my surprise, he responded immediately and provided a synopsis of what had transpired earlier that day which completely eased my concerns (although still unfortunate because no one likes a miscommunication!). At least I did not spend an evening stressing over the situation and just getting angry! However, upon arriving at the service center the next morning, Gary defined customer service and completely remediated the problem leaving me with a new feeling of trust in both him as an advisor and the Mountain View service center department. My lasting impression of Gary is certainly positive and I would definitely refer others to him.

Gary is by far the best service provider I have had at BMW. I have gone to several dealerships and believe I have finally find a home at BMW of Mountain View. Gary was prompt in my service appointment and had all my paperwork ready to go for a loaner BMW and final paperwork for me to check out quickly when my service was completed.

Branden is probably the best service adviser that I've worked with at BMW. I have worked with a number of others at a different dealership and have always felt that either I was getting ripped off or was being treated like my business did not matter.
I'm not saying that my total service bill was small but that I was getting a fair deal and that my business was valued by BMW of mountain view.
I will take my car back to him (if I can afford to) in the future!!

He went well above and beyond to help me with my purchase, to the point of risking any commission/financial gain for himself just to ensure I had the vehicle I needed. I have been a BMW driver for the last 6 years and have had various cars and always got them serviced at BMW of Mtn View and have had the pleasure of having Ramsin as my service advisor.

I took my car in for a service, very helpful staff and amazing customer service. I received an excellent service and was treated with respect and not hassled. Ramsin was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They got everything taken care of very quickly and washed my car as well. My car runs smoother since I got it back from the service, which is awesome. Thank you for your hard work and no-pressure service.

Branden checked out everything that needed to be taken care of (and it was a lot of stuff), and also reminded me that my factory warrantee was about to run out ... so if there's anything to mention, it was time to bring it up :-)
What was impressive about Branden or BMW MV was that they fixed my satellite radio, which I simply could not figure out how to activate. I pessimistically expected that BMW and Sirius would point fingers at each other leaving me to figure it out or just give up on it. On the contrary, they seem to have worked together to figure it out for me (I know, because the service note mentions several phone calls to Sirius). So I now have a working Sat radio!
On a separate note, why in the world did BMW USA stop selling the 5-series wagon in the US? The 5GT thing is NOT the same.
I would go back to Branden as my service writer.

It was a wonderful experience working with Mike, ordering my 2011 BMW M3 last year (almost 1 year ago). We have three vehicles serviced at BMW of Mountain View and have had a most excellent experience at the hands of Ramsin. He has always taken excellent care of us and we are looking forward to more of the same. This relationship started when I was still living in Sunnyvale when BMW of Mountain View was around the corner, but even now that we live in Woodside (and are much closer to Peter Pan BMW), we still choose to have our vehicles serviced at BMW of Mountain View because of Ramsin. I can summarize my experience with Ramsin in this manner:
My wife's BMW 550 was flooded after a heavy rain due to a faulty rear passenger miss-aligned door rubber gasket. Decision was made to lift the car, let it drain for a few days, and replace all that was needed. The next day as I was driving my wife to the airport, we realized that a work related folder was left in the trunk, we returned to BMW to retrieve the document. To date we had not met Ramsin, and when we reached Mountain view BMW at 5:30PM, just hrs before her flight at 7PM, there was no service staff on site, and Ramsin was on his way out. Ramsin noticed how desperately we were trying to access the car. He stopped, located the car, lowered the car from hydraulic lift and retrieved the documents. This act of kindness is a reflection of his integrity, his care for every customer of BMW and his passion for his Job. In addition to the BMW550, he is our service contact for our BMW X5 Ramsins knowledge of the year and model and issues related to that particular year & make is one that could save a customer a great deal of unnecessary repairs and expenses. I faithfully trust his recommendations and know that he considers us a life time customer and not the day of service. I highly recommend him, and faithfully trust his recommendations.

I brought my car in for new rear tires and Gary was very helpful, as usual. I asked him to look at a couple of other minor issues and mentioned that I was on a tight timeframe. This is my second time to purchase bmw car from Eric Peng. First one was with my friend, the second one was for my family. We're very happy with our cars and the price, he is very easy going, patient, giving very useful advice, not playing price games like other dealers, that's why we go back to him again. My car would not start on Saturday as I was leaving to take my son to a gym class. AAA was unable to start it and ended up towing to the Mountain View BMW Service Center. Branden gave me a call right away to discuss the problem even though I had no appointment. He informed me that it was a busy day and kept me appraised. By 430pm, the technicians were unable to get to it, and Brendan offered a loaner for the weekend. I picked up my car on Tuesday and had an issue with the service indicator. Brendan took care of it right away before I drove off. He is very pleasant to work with, very positive and offered the very best customer experience. I would be calling upon him for the next service.

Eric helped us thru out the buying process of our new 2012 BMW X3. He has been very informative from the very begining explaining (1) available vehicle options (2) what are new for the 2012 model and how they compare to the older models (2) what options are worth buying and pricing options.
Since we ordered the vehicle with customized options, we have to wait about 2 months before the car can be delivered. Eric kept us well informed during the waiting/building process, by phone calls informing us the status, and alos by setting up the online tracking login for us to see our car as the vehicle is being built.

This was the 3rd lease I was doing with Joe from BMW Mountain View. I emailed him with what I was looking for and my payment needs. In the end, I was estactic. He got everything ready in order for me to just walk in, drop off the old car, sign the new stuff and leave in my new car in 30 minutes. I don't like wasting time so everything was handled in the email upfront. It was perfect.

I have worked with Gary Wilson at BMW of Mt View for approximately five years. My car has experienced what I consider to be above average mechanical and electrical problems. Therefore, my needs and demands have equally been above average. Often times we have had to use my 3rd party extended warranty and in some cases out of the ordinary repair requests directly from BMW. Of course I can talk about Gary's professionalism, technical competence and integrity, but what I would like to focus on is what makes Gary different. Throughout these challenging five years, I always felt that Gary was on my side. He fought with BMW, his management and my 3rd party extended warranty to take care of me. And he did so without bragging or making a big deal about it. This is part of Gary's unique personality and it is the reason I am still happy with my BMW despite its many mechanical and electrical faults.

Brian was my salesperson when I bought my BMW on Sept 10th. He was simply amazing. I was initially looking at buying a used car and made multiple trips to the showroom so I could get more information on the options, pros and cons vs. leasing and test driving to make sure I was comfortable with the buy. I felt that Brian Bakhshandeh was very helpful and aided me in finding just the right car for me. He was very straight forward and really knew his stuff. It was nice to see that he drives a spectacular BMW himself which makes me have even more faith in BMWs. I must say that I went to another BMW dealership and asked the salesman what he drives and he told me he drove a Honda. I found this strange.... I really was leaning toward taking my car to a private shop for service as you always hear about how "the dealer over charged" or "did work I did not need" I am sure that does happen, but it did not with me and i belive it is becuase of Gary Wilson. Gary was very upfront with what needed to be done and his recomendations on what should be done. It is becuase of Gary that I will come back to BMW mountain view as i trust him to do what is right for my vehicle. I took my other vehicle to the ford dealership, and i assure you i will not be gong back there...Unless Gary decides to take a job there.

Gary did a great job taking care of my headlight fix. I came to the dealership previously and purchased a replacement bulb, and asked a service coordinator if he could get my bulb installed for me. He claimed it would take over an hour and a half, and was going to charge me twice the amount I paid for the bulb to install it! I was quite frustrated and left. Luckily I gave the dealership a second chance and called in again. Gary took care of me promptly, taking only 45 minutes to replace the bulb at no cost. Thank you for actually caring about your customers and treating them well! I wasn't going to go to the Mountainview BMW dealership anymore, but Gary changed my mind!

I met Pat for the first time last Friday, September 30, 2011 when I came to BMW of Mt. View to meet with a Sales Manager to view and test drive a Certified Pre-Owned 2008 BMW.
After the process of test driving the vehicle, completing the application, and going over the financial piece of the deal, finally choosing to purchase the vehicle, I was told that I would be meeting with a Pat from Finance that would seal the purchase for me.
As I was sitting in the Sales Managers office, in came a little ball of ENERGY to talk with me. Pat has a dynamic personality, tones of energy, and excellent customer service, she would make any customer feel at ease with her approach.
Later, I was called into Pat's office to sign all of the documents that would make the purchase of my BMW official. During my time with Pat, there was no stress from being pushed to purchase add-ons to my car or loan, like I have experienced with other dealerships. Gary is a fast acting and proactive service provider. He knows the car, and he knows how to move the car through the service process as swiftly as his client requires. He listens to and understands even those vague client issues ("loose steering," for example) and attempts to diagnose those. Gary consistently outperforms my expectations as a BMW customer.

The service was a marked improvement over service I have received in past visits to BMW of Mountain View. I was loaded a BMW vehicle to drive for the day while the service on my vehicle was being done. Labor, warranty and all my concerns were fairly and conscientiously addressed to my delight. Branded handled my serivce appointment very well and in a timely fashion. The appointment was schedued ahead of time, however the front office did not have the paperwork ready. Branded was able to turn things around from kind of bad to great in no time. The car was ready for a pick- up as promissed in 2 hours.

I brought my car into the shop in September to have a battery charge issue diagnosed. It turned out that the battery was still holding a charge and there were no odd electrical loads on the battery. I just wasn't driving the car enough to maintain a charge!
I found Gary to be open and direct about the issue. He had the tech run the diagnostics I would have expected. He did it quickly and with a professionalism expected from a high end service organization.

We got a 328i from Vlaho. He was quick, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He returned all my email inquiries quick, gave excellent advice on the various types of (upgrade/pricing/finance) options. The final purchasing price was excellent. We had to custom order our car and Vlaho helped us follow through, giving us timely update on the status. When we picked up our car, he made the paper work time short enough so we can start enjoying our car as quickly as possible. He followed through by calling us couple days after the car pick up to make sure we're happy with the car, and offered help to any questions we might have with the car. He is also a nice gentleman. I'd highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW.

He patiently listened to me and told me he will go and look for me.
Hung up and went to do my own work. 1 hour later, he called and said he found the car, told me the details over the phone. I stopped by the show room to look for him at 615pm the same day (he waited for me), and by 640pm, I found the car that I wanted. Credit check paper work done also.
9/15-9/16 : too busy to pick up the car (told him that)
9/17/2011, stopped by at 945am (Saturday) to finish up the paperwork
and get my car. By 1020am, I am sitting in my new car, ready to leave
the BWM sales lot.

I bought a used 550i from Eric, and I would recommend him highly. In the past, I've owned Infinitis, BMWs, M-Bs, Porsche, and this was one of the best car shopping experiences. Eric was not too aggressive or too passive; he was just right. He was always eager to help, including using his own computer to look up car reviews & specs, and checking Blue Book used car prices and trade-in values. When shopping for my next BMW, I will look up Eric again.

Jose was helpful, courteous, caring, and most importantly very easy to do business with. He is patient and provided prompt service to us whenever we needed. Even during the time that we were waiting for financing he would come over ever 15-20 mins and make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Jose and would refer all my friends and family to him when the opportunity presents itself.

When I recently took my vehicle in for maintenance, I was positively impressed with the manner in which Branden handled the entire process, from check-in to delivery. He was thorough in his follow up and when the Service dept needed to order a part that was not available in stock, he promptly re-scheduled even for a Saturday to help expedite the repair.

My family has always owned BMW's purchased through the same local dealership, which delivered great customer service every visit. Having recently moved to the bay area I had to find another dealership. BMW Mountain View seems to be the only game in town so I set up an appointment for routine service. I arrived with high expectations because BMW owners choose BMW because of its outstanding performance. My first routine maintenance visit with another service advisor was horrid. Almost enough to have me drive 100 miles to my former dealership, but instead I gave it another try. Thankfully, I received Branden Casey. It felt like my home dealership. I have never had any issues with his service or that of his team, he always greets me by name, with a smile, and I feel valued as his customer. I believe he has the utmost credibility when suggesting additional work and/or future work that may need to be carried out on my vehicle.
Having already purchased a car from the Steven's Creek BMW dealer and never been happy with the service or sales departments. I was recommended the Mountain View BMW dealer because their service and sales team are focused on their customers. I am infinitely glad I made the switch, even though it is a few extra miles out of the way, and its having people in their team like Ramsin that make the difference.

Our other dealer didn't want to match the price as they felt they could make more from someone else; so OK. Joe ordered the car and delivered, absolutely as promised! No last minute surprises! All the paperwork was ready and we spent a minimum of time at the dealership. What was not hurried was the time Joe spent making sure that we knew how to operate the many technology features, WOW!
Anyone would be well served to do business this way. It doesn't have to be painful to buy a new car.

Like most people, we love to get a new car but hate the ordeal you have to go through to purchase one.
My partner and I have been living in Europe on an expat assignment and are returning to The Silicon Valley. So we needed to buy two cars. We had previously done business with BMW Mountain View but our salesperson was no longer there.
I dropped by the dealership to just have a look around one afternoon. Audrey saw me and in a timely manner approached me to see if she could help. We chatted about what we were looking for. She offered to show me some possibilities and I accepted.
Not only did she show me exactly what I had requested ... she also suggested some alternatives which turned out to be perfect. I told her that we wanted to make a deal and to give us her best price the first time ... no back and forth negotiating. I left the dealership and within 30 minutes I had prices for both cars. I did my homework to see if they were fair prices ... and they were more than fair. We purchased the cars the next day and are extremely happy.
Audrey is a rarity in the car business ... she is straight forward and to the point. She listens to what you want or think you need. She follows through but with alternatives so you can make an informed decision. She knows her product well and actually likes what she sells.
We hope Audrey is in the business for a long time. She now has two more loyal customers !
