Wow!!! Thomas is such an amazing agent. His communication skills are amazing. If I called him he answered every time or called me back within 10 minutes. He was calming and knowledgeable in navigating any issues that arose during my sale. Lynnsie is highly professional and very thorough throughout the sales process, from the opening discussions concerning a listing to the very completion of the sale and closing is completed and beyond. Lynnsie has certainly taken good care of us and continued well past the completion of our sale. As for as marketing our home, she guided us to choose a price point that would attract a market. In three days, we had many shoppers and four significant offers.
Again, I highly recommend Lynnsie to everyone.

We chose Craig to help us sell our 100 year old home, often a misunderstood category of home. We knew we were entering a tough market and a tough time of year at that. Craig helped us navigate several unexpected events in the path to selling our home. We had absolute trust in him and felt secure leaving our home empty (because we had already moved out) because Craig was our realtor. Because he understands older (and new) homes, he helped us consider questions that came up with offers. I highly recommend Craig. We were thrilled with the sale of our home and recognize Craig’s role in helping that happen all the way through the closing. It’s not a sale until the documents are signed. And Craig was there through every part of the process.

Lynnsie Kantor is top notch, patient, smart and hard working. We leased for our first year in St. Louis while Lynnsie showed us over 100 homes in a very tight market. She listened and focused on our needs. She was readily available and made things happen! Ultimately, she found our ideal home and devised a creative contingency offer to help insure we got the house at the lowest cost slightly above the next highest offer. As we approached closing she remained our coach and confident guiding us and protecting us by pointing out every detail or flaw in house. I highly recommend Craig if you are selling a home. We were selling my mother’s house, which is right next door. She passed away in June, and needless to say, this was a very emotional circumstance. Craig handled it with such grace—even suggesting I make plans for the day it went on the market and the day of the inspection.
Although I was receiving text messages about showings and other appointments, Craig would also call or text to make sure I was aware. He was diligent about keeping up with deadlines and letting me know what our next steps were. I must mention that Craig is my friend, but I know if that hadn’t been the case, the sale of my mom’s house would have gone exactly the same way. Craig is the ultimate professional in every sense of the word.

Craig handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He scheduled contractors to make repairs on my house and met with them while I was on vacation. He drove me around town to search for a new home and guided me through the sale and purchase negotiations. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the market—he knew exactly how to price and promote my house so that it would generate interest and sell quickly. I’ve worked with real estate agents in the past but none have come even close to being as thorough and competent as Craig. I would enthusiastically recommend Craig to anyone buying or selling a home.

The fact that our dad’s villa sold quickly, was really good luck. The customer service, compassion, and patience Thomas (Craig) showed me, was NOT. From when we accepted the offer, until the closing, everything went smoothly, BECAUSE of Craig. When I called or texted Craig with a question, he answered within minutes every time. There are a few things that stand out about Lynnsie as a realtor:
1) As you'll notice immediately, she's incredibly kind. Every interaction leaves you feeling warm.
2) She's unusually quick with communication; she replies to emails quickly and gets back to texts within minutes (if she's no with someone else) and <1 hour (if she's with someone else). Super helpful to never have to wait.
2.5) She's proactive about communication; whenever she'd be away for the weekend, she put us in touch with someone who took over for us while she was gone.
3) She learned our preferences quickly. She was showing us houses all over Zoom, and she very quickly learned what we were looking for, what to show us, etc.

Lynssie walked us through the process of selling Perry's condo in Coeur de Royale where he had lived for almost 20 years. She prepared a notebook of comparables from the buildings with a spreadsheet of the asking and selling prices and advised us about listing the property at a fair price. We took her advice for the listing price as well as getting the condo ready for showing. 5i4 went on sale on a Thursday morning and many appointments were made to see it in person, more than 20. By Saturday an offer was made at over the asking price. The communication with Lynnsie throughout the process was very good. The entire process was complete in a month. Thank you Lynnsie for all of your help.

Craig has been helpful right out of the gate, and never pushy. (We had a pushy person from another agency who wanted this house, OMG no.) First, he loved the house we had to sell, always a plus. Then, he put on a Realtor open house (happily that fell on the same day as the neighborhood House and Garden Tour!), where he found the ideal buyers the same day! (We had a mental list of ideal buyers for the house, what they'd want to do/continue/modify of what we'd started, that they'd at least get along with my BIL next door, etc. But you never get everything on your fantasy wish list. But sometimes you do!!)
Anyway, Craig had ideas about how to make the process go forward and make things happen. Full credit to him!!
