As most military members will tell you, one of the most stressful aspects of our careers is the constant moving. I got lucky and found myself in a four year tour down in beautiful South Florida. With the rental market how it currently is, buying a home was something my wife and I put a lot of thought into. We searched and searched and searched for "the perfect home." While we were searching for our dream home, we rented a beautiful home in west Pembroke Pines and we had the pleasure of living a few doors down from Athena. On a walk around the neighborhood, my daughters and I stopped and talked with Athena for a little bit and her warm personality and contagious smile made me 100% sure I wanted her to represent us on our journey to becoming Florida home owners. After setting us up to get emails from MLS, Athena was ALWAYS available to show us places we were interested in. Her expertise in all matters regarding the home buying process was priceless and the way she cared for our wants and needs is something that can't be taught. There were times when we were discouraged with how the search was going, but Athena never gave up hope. Her dedication to us was impressive especially because as I know Athena, she was showing the same dedication to her other clients.
