Staci is simply AMAZING!! We were having such a hard time with a previous lender/loan officer it was becoming a nightmare, until we met Staci. She was welcoming, understanding, transparent and most importantly HONEST. As a first time homebuyer there are so many fears and so many unknowns, but Staci guided us in each step. She helped us understand the numbers, and was constantly looking for the best deal for us. First Time Home Buyer
Staci Aguiar is extremely attentive, detail oriented, organized, and willing to teach. Given this was our first time buying a home, my wife and I naturally had thousands of questions about everything, as you should with this type of investment, and she never got annoyed or overwhelmed with any of them no matter how simple they may have been. She had an answer for everything, and in the rare occasion that she didn't, she would find out and call us right back. She explained everything down to a level where we were able to understand. Our realtor did an incredible job pairing us up with Staci. We closed escrow in 3 weeks in this current market! Now we are in our forever home and that would not have been possible had it not been for Staci.

1st Time Buyer
I can not thank Staci enough! She was absolutely amazing! I was referred to her by my real estate agent after I was first denied by a different lender, who was not very helpful as to why I was not approved. She was very informative and let my husband and I know what we had to do in order to get approved. She also kept us updated every step of the way on the Status of the Loan, and was there to answer all of my questions! Her whole team was great especially Larry. For a first time homebuyer I was very pleased with the overall process and how smooth it went!
