I would like to thank Walter Johnson for his expertise in the sale of my mother’s home. When it went on the market he brought in a full price offer. Home didn’t appraise, deal fell through. Down the road we received another offer which ended up closing. During the entire process Walter helped with marketing, pricing, and negotiating the house deal. Very professional through out the process. Would use him if we had another home in the area to sell! Thank you Walter!!

Mr. Walter was great to work with! He truly cares about finding a house that gives you the "wow" effect and he won't stop until he finds it. He has a thorough understanding of the market, and provides his advice accordingly to ensure you are making a wise investment. He is only looking for what will benefit YOU the most, which makes him one of the most trustworthy realtors around. (Something that's not very common with realtors). I will definitely be using him again in my next go round of house buying!

Walter Johnson was the first Realtor I have every used and set a great example for his Company. Walter went out of his job responsibilities to help secure my purchase when we ran into a problem purchasing the property that was possibly land locked Walter help us locate and secure another piece of property to secure access to the land. I would highly recommend anyone attempting to purchase any real state or property he would be the guy to go to. His honesty and integrity can't be ranked by numbers and any other transaction that I may have in the future there isn't a question who I would contact and use.

Walter facilitated each one as an adviser based on his knowledge of the process and it's many twists and turns that occur. Nothing that came along that Walter could not handle and work out. Walter spent a great deal of time with us during our initial visit to the property we were looking to purchase. He met with my entire family late one evening and answered all of our questions, even my 10 y/o daughters. This was our first time to purchase land and he provided detailed information regarding the area, comps, and the entire process. Overall, the experience was smooth. We would certainly recommend Walter to others.

Walter Johnson is a kind man. For all the questions I had during my search for a new home, Walter provided answers that I could understand. This was important because at the top of my list to buy a new home for the first time at 49 years of age I needed to "understand" what I was doing. Walter never left me to wonder about any portion of the process of searching for, finding, then making an offer to buy the home that would truly meet the needs my 15 year old daughter and I. Once the offer was made and a contract was entered Walter kept me informed about what to expect next as he made frequent trips to meet me face to face to take care of steps moving towards the deal closing date. On the day of closing Walter was right there with my daughter and I just the way he had been from the very start. The moment the deal was closed and final Walter showed as much joy as we did because he knew like I knew this was the home for us.
