"I had my deceased mother's property listed with a real estate broker from Oct. 1, 2016 through May 8, 2017. I had not one contract placed on the property in that entire period of time. Lots of showings, some interest, but no contracts. The prior broker didn't even bother, although I asked, to give me a punch list of items for repair/improvement. Once the prior broker's contract expired, Cheryl went right in, gave me a precise punch list of items to complete, I completed them and then three days later we had a firm contract which sold the real estate. Cheryl navigated us through brief negotiations, and actually attended the closing.
