Born and raised in Portland, the Pacific Northwest is an area I am proud to live and work in.

I have over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry both in Escrow and as a licensed Broker. I am highly skilled in closing residential real estate transactions not limited to but including traditional resale, REO, short sales, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, new construction and development.

Those that know me personally would describe me as bright, hardworking and proactive, with a positive attitude and great energy. I truly love what I do. Libby Cox did an excellent presentation for our title event. She was articulate, answered our questions, and yet moved thru the document quickly (much to my relief). I still believe a rubber stamp of neccessary signatories
would be helpful, but of course that will never happen!

Libby was extremely helpful with the closing of our house in Oregon. We live in New York so the closing process is different. I was in-person for the closing and Libby made arrangement for a traveling notary to meet my husband at our house in New York to sign all the necessary documents. She made the process seamless.

I highly recommend Chicago Title Company if you plan to buy a house in Oregon.
