Sharon Lupo, AVP Senior Escrow has been a part of the Chicago Title team for 22 years and in the Real Estate industry for 25+ years. I handle both resale and refinance transactions. My wonderful assistant, Julie Hildebrandt. We love working as a team and pride ourselves on our client relations. My job is to ensure the escrow process goes as smoothly as possible. Customer Service is my #1 priority, and repeat business is my #1 goal. I promise to take great care of your transaction, so you can be assured of a successful escrow.

4th escrow I've been in, but first with Sharon Lupo. She is absolutely fantastic. Sharon has been the most outstanding escrow officer I have worked with. She works quickly, professionally, and is very knowledgeable of everything that goes on. Had so many headaches dealing with the HOA of this purchase, but Sharon was able to handle them all. So grateful to work with Sharon. I highly recommend her!

Sharon belongs to a rare group of seasoned, knowledgeable, pleasant, resilient escrow officers that are so good, they are given a direct phone number for us to reach. Being able to reach your escrow officer direct, over the phone for up to date information is crucial and her ability to answer each call speaks volumes. My sales partner and I find relief in knowing were in good hands like Sharon and hope to collaborate with her on future transactions. Thank you Sharon!!!

I have used the services of Chicago Title for years and more specifically Sharon Lupo as my escrow officer. I have received nothing but top notch service. She knows the escrow/title process in and out and helps each transaction run effortlessly. And I have to comment that her staff/escrow assistants are wonderful as well!! LOVE Chicago Title!!
