I was in-person for the closing and Libby made arrangement for a traveling notary to meet my husband at our house in New York to sign all the necessary documents. She made the process seamless.

There were complications associated with the sale of our house, but the closing was so easy - all paperwork and calculation and distribution of funds was done quickly, correctly and respectfully. Closing day itself was a breeze, and I appreciated that it was scheduled in a location convenient to me and others involved in the sale.
