As a Sales Executive with Chicago Title, Julie prides herself on ensuring Buyers and Sellers have the best possible experience throughout the process so that her Real Estate Partners can confidently and successfully do business. Julie does this by truly partnering with her clients in every aspect of their business. Julie began her career in the Real Estate industry as a Realtor in 2006. She quickly developed a reputation as a professional; hardworking, loyal and ethical with both her clients and colleagues. Serving her clients and their best interest always remains the motivation behind everything she does. Julie began partnering with Real Estate Professionals and Lenders throughout the Puget Sound Region in 2012 as a Title and Escrow Professional. In 2014, Julie was elected to the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors (TPCAR) Affiliates Council as Chair-Elect and as Chair in 2015. Julie had the honor of being selected as The Affiliate of the Year by TPCAR and Washington Realtors in 2014. Julie has also been involved as a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, serving on the board from 2016 - 2020 and selected as The Affiliate of the Year in 2016 for the Women's Council of Realtors - Tacoma Pierce County Network. Julie is passionate about being an active supporter of the greater Real Estate community as a whole, providing and protecting home ownership rights for all.
In her personal time, Julie enjoys weekend fishing adventures with her husband Steven and their 3 children Kelton, Leo & Remy.

So I have known Julie for many years now both as a real estate professional and escrow rep. When she was a real estate broker her clients loved her as she cared for her them and wanted the best for them and that showed it on every single transaction. Now that she is in the escrow industry she treats her real estate and lender clients the same way. If you have something that needs to rush through the system, or you any title issues that you need help with, a quick text or call and minutes later her entire team jumps and fixes the issue and takes care of the client. Julie has an upper hand because she has seen all sides of this industry and is so sensitive to her clients needs. She knows when her lender or real estate agent needs her help, and she comes through every single time. If you want a rep that has complete control of every situation use Julie, that is if you are not afraid of using the best. Finally and most importantly at least to me, Julie is one of the kindest people you will every meet, who doesn't want to work with someone like that?
