I have worked with Nik and all the staff at Chicago since they came to Thurston County. They are my "go to guys" when it comes to title and escrow. I appreciate the professional manner in which myself and my clients are treated and the friendly attitude of the entire office. I have long been impressed with the emphasis that Nik Hakala Pust places on building and keeping her professional team in place. Sometimes having to buck the tide in an industry that increasingly stresses bottom line above all else, Nik has successfully shown higher-ups that her operation can be financially successful while still protecting local jobs. Nik is terrific, besides being very good at her job and she is a pleasure to be around. I have know Nik for many years, when she first came to my office as a new marketing person for Chicago. We were swamped with calls. Nik took initiative and started answering our phones and helping out. She has always been that way, if there is anything negitive it would be that we don't see a often as we would like but we understand she is very busy.
