My wife and I worked with Jasmine twice. She helped us to lease our first house in Irvine, Orange County and made the process so easy. Then when we decided to buy, she was there for us. Our decision came in during the Coronavirus era where the real estate market was in chaos. She was aware of the market trends and knew how things were going. She made the offers and dealt with the counteroffers proficiently. Sadly, our first trial failed because of the market craziness back then. However, she recommended that we move on and look for alternative houses to keep our chances high.
