Julia joins the team as a Senior Escrow Officer that has been in the business since 2002. She has extensive experience in a wide array of transactions including refinance, resale, REO, short sale and construction loans. She takes great pride in the service she provides to her clients and great joy in ensuring that her clients feel that they are receiving the best in service! She loves the added personal touch of doing her own signings. Julia was born and raised in the Bay Area and is the mother of a 10 year old son.

Julia and Amber are an amazing team. In what can be an emotional and sometimes hectic dash to the finish line they are always calm, collected and positive. I can't imagine doing my job without them! Kristen is amazing support to me in the field as well!

Both Julia and Amber are so on top of it! They respond quickly to any and all questions and always make themselves available for even the craziest of client needs. Julia makes me look good time and time again - she has caught missing documents and thought of things that we've been able to do on the fly to make a transaction close more smoothly. Amber has gotten me answers so fast that I feel like she is psychic! Above all, they are both enjoyable, dependable and super organized, which helps so much.

Julia Lockrem is a superb escrow officer. Title companies are always asking how they can help Real Estate professionals, my answer is very simple. On time communications. Be available for calls from myself or clients, be responsive and aware of the transaction and host clients in a professional manner when they come into the office or interface with the Title company.
