I've known Pina professionally for roughly 10 years years. Pina has worked with 100's of my clients during that time. She is consistently professional, personable, considerate and patient with each of them. Every person and every escrow is unique but she finds away to get along with all of them.
Yesterday was a good example. As a Realtor we don't always control where and to whom each escrow ultimately goes to. Recently as part of the negotiations, a transaction ended up at Fidelity but with another Escrow Officer. The escrow progressed to the end stages without a hitch. Communications had been good throughout. The day before the contractual Close of Escrow date Documents for the Buyers finally arrived at the Title company. The Sellers were signing at 4PM and the Buyers were driving from the Bay Area to do the Final Walk-through with the Sellers at 5PM. When I learned the Loan Docs were in it made sense that we get the Buyers into sign that afternoon while they were here. The Sellers were fine with postponing the Walk-through by an hour so everything really came together nicely --except the Escrow Officer said they wouldn't or couldn't stay after 5PM because they close at 5pm. Pina is in this same Fidelity office, but it was not her transaction. I called her anyway, frustrated that no one was willing to work late to get this deal closed on time. Pina had plans with her husband but called him and told she was going to be an hour or so late. She stayed after the office closed, took another Escrow Officers file, met with the clients and treated them and the deal like it was her own.
My clients and I could not have been happier or or more impressed. The Sellers were happy the deal was done. The lender was happy that the package was coming back for funding on time and the only reason all of these people were happy was because of Pina's work ethic.
Thank you PIna!!
