Kim's career in escrow began in 1991, and her talent was identified early on in her career. Within 6 months, Kim was promoted to Escrow Officer and became a branch manager 5 years later. She is well versed in residential, new construction, refinance, commercial, private lending and 1031 exchanges. The passion for her business that has kept her leading in our industry for the last 25 years is facilitating the dreams of her buyers and sellers during one of the largest transactions of their lives.
Kim is married and lives in Corvallis. Her daughter, Emilee, is a student at Oregon State University. Kim enjoys family time at their cottage on Mercer lake, playing cards and traveling.
