We had a relatively short closing with HOA documents- including standard disclosure material there was over 1150 pages. While Lupe was on vacation, Kathy, her assistant, including the Title professionals, had to scurry to get things done. I noticed a glitch in one of the exceptions on the Prelim that dealt with a map/easement issue, that needed to get solved at truly the 11th hour, and it did. I have to say that the technical folks of the company really came through in a pinch. Lupe came back, and was ready to meet with my clients to get things all signed and prepared for the closing, not bad for a 14 day close! Thanks to all of you!
