I’ve been in the business for 16 years, starting out as an Escrow Assistant and then transitioning to an Escrow Officer.
Being behind the desk and closing deals for the last 16 years gives me the ability to better assist you in your business. I’m able to trouble shoot, navigate difficult transactions and give you an understanding of both our resources to grow your business and address escrow related questions. I take pride in providing excellent customer service and being a valued member of my client’s team.

I applied HELOC loan and is approved, but I also want to place our home into living trust, do two things happened together, the lender’s escrow officer thought it is not easy. When I talked to Rosa, after she understood the issues, she immediately agreed to accept my complicated case, and is willing to help me solve this issue. As a first time home seller, I had no idea how crucial it would be to work with a good title company! I was lucky enough to have my agent work with Fidelity National Title, specifically Rosa Leyva. Rosa did a tone of behind the scenes work on my escrow and worked well with an EXTREMELY difficult lender on the buyer's side. She was patient, cooperative, and timely. Rosa was also personable and friendly, and I think that went a long way in getting my sale closed with the buyers' lender. I appreciate also, how quickly the title was recorded once the funds were dispersed. Checks were made out quickly to my creditors, and I now, a day later, find myself debt free for the first time in my adult life. Thank you so much, Rosa!

I have just switched title companies and started using Sallie Manibusan and her team. Sallie, Rosa Leyva and Jennifer Adams have been doing such a great job. They are proactive and quick to respond. It is refreshing to have such great people to work with. I do not worry about them performing, or have to call to find out what is happening. I do not have to constantly check if they have ordered the payoff, have the insurance, etc...I am very happy with this group at Fidelity.
