We had a difficult closing that involved the sale of property in Tucson, Arizona, and the use of funds from that sale, under a like-kind exchange, to purchase two properties. One property was located in Utah and the other property was located in Colorado. The purchase of the Utah and the Colorado properties included financing from two different lenders. The seller of the Colorado property was engaged in a defeasance. Judy understood all of the transactions, and in fact, many times correctly advised the lenders and Colorado escrow agent on the closing matters. The transactions all closed correctly.
