Her expertise is closing refinance, resale, short sale, & construction financing transactions. Her professional, proactive approach and her commitment to service have built her a solid reputation in the industry. Debbie has been married for 17 years, has 2 boys, and resides in Clayton, CA. Debbie’s also an avid San Francisco Giants fan and enjoys running in her spare time.

When I'm able to direct escrow, I always work with Debbie Barry and her assistant Tiffany Mawyer at Fidelity National Title. From my experience and having worked in Title escrow in my past career, I can attest to the excellent service and hardwork that Debbie and Tiffany give. I have worked with Debbie and Tiffany on many transactions and they are the best! Their response time is so fast that I feel they never leave their desks! Debbie is very knowledgeable and always upbeat and I love how she handles signings. She is very detailed and gets things done way before they are needed. One of many things that that sets Debbie apart from any other escrow officer is she summarizes the title report right when its completed. This avoids any confusion and you know what you're up against with any liens, etc that may need clearing prior to going on market. Debbie and Tiffany give 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone that needs Title Escrow Services.

Deb Barry and her team are amazing. Every escrow with them has been such a positive experience. Deb is very knowledgeable, faster than any title officer I've ever used, and has a great attitude. Her team is wonderful as well, but I also love that Deb is our main point of contact so we don't feel "handed off" to anyone once we open escrow.

Debbie is great and I'm happy to recommend her to everyone. Most agents have "their" escrow officer and will express concern about using someone they might not know. But every time I have an escrow with Debbie, the other side of the transaction will tell me how great she is and that she took great care with their clients, their loan officer, and them. It's a pleasure to recommend Debbie and her team and know they will provide quality, professional service.

The escrow I worked on with Deb was more difficult than most, but she got it done. There were a number of issues that were not the norm, but she got everything to work. I recommend her and look forward to using her services again.
