It is rare that an encounter with a used car salesman becomes one of the week's high points, but that describes the time my wife and I spent with Malcolm Cohen. I had done my homework and was pretty sure the 2011 G37S sedan was the car I wanted, and Malcolm was probably aware of that, but nevertheless he took us on a long and very enjoyable test drive. He demonstrated some of the features of the car, then turned it over to me for a romp through Los Altos Hills. That sealed the deal. Afterward the transaction was completed he took the time to go over the computer systems until I was saturated. He set up the Bluetooth connection to my cell phone, and later he even went to my wife's workplace to pick up the pink slip to our trade-in car. I highly recommend Malcolm Cohen and Frontier Infiniti.

In pursuit of a new SUV, my husband and I spent a Saturday test driving each SUV on Stevens Creek Pkwy. Our last stop was Infiniti. It should have been the first! Our sales person, Dru, took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. That part, I expected. What I did not expect was the luxury and comfort I felt upon entering the JX35. Where other cars had felt stiff and boxy, the Infiniti felt roomy and luxurious. The drive was smooth and quiet. Some of the big selling points to me were the rear view mirrors that flashed or beeped when they detected a vehicle in the blind spot., and the cameras that let me see the scene 360 degrees. Dru asked me direct questions about my driving style, and pointed out the features that responded to my needs. Once we purchased the car, he patiently guided me through all of the many features and benefits of operating the JX.
I would highly recommend both Stevens Creek Infiniti, and Dru. I love my new car, too!

Malcolm is hands down the best auto sales professional in his field, and that I've ever worked with! I've purchased a few vehicles from Malcolm, and each transaction was pleasant, haggle free, and consistent with the previous. Malcolm is extremely accomodating and has worked with me in getting all of the cars I wanted and within the financing ranges I desired, even going so far as to deliver my vehicles to me at work approximately 45 miles away. I 've not had to go into the dealership for any of my purchases with Malcolm. Nor have I had to have back and forth phone conversations regarding any of the transactions; they were all completed successfully and solely via email. That says alot about Malcolm's knowledge of the business and the product. Malcolm is very courteous, helpful, and honest. He really does take the angst out of car buying, making it a more pleasant experience. As most people know purchasing a new vehicle can be a long and hard experience but my wife and I actually enjoyed it completely.

As car salesmen go, Darin was very helpful and accommodating.
Browsing for cars can be grueling, with desperate salespeople approaching you, especially when you are still in the initial stages of a car purchase.

Darin on the other hand, hit the exact right engagement level when he very lightheartedly and with a friendly demeanor asked us what he, if anything, could do to help us. It didn't feel pushy, or aggressive. It was just a helpful process, tailored to finding the right set of wheels.

Courtesy seems like priority number one at Frontier, and Darin definitely helps defining the term there.

My wife and I recently leased a car from Frontier Infiniti. In fact, we’ve actually purchased several cars from the dealership over the years. Recently, I’ve even experienced the process with relatives at both Nissan and Honda dealerships while purchasing their cars, but the process has never been as friendly, fast, efficient, and honest.
Adam Legros, our sales representative, was entirely responsible for making the process a pleasant experience. My initial relationship with Adam began when I emailed my intention to lease another car (my lease was ending in a few months). Adam’s response was immediate. After I described what I wanted, Adam emailed me several options in writing – we were surprised when we came into the dealership several weeks later, that those details and figures never changed after all that time.
Once we had completed the lease process, Adam went out of his way to prepare the car for us. All our technology questions were explained in detail and actually set up with us before we left the dealership. He showed us how to set up the seats, and while we were there, he matched our keys to each of our settings. He set up the Bluetooth connection for both our cell phones and even the radio presets. He gave us details about the car’s operation down to how the windshield wipers slowed down when the car slowed! We’ve never had anyone so knowledgeable and passionate about the car’s operation as Adam was.
After we bought the car, we both were really impressed that Adam had spent such an extended amount of time with us (and the patience he showed!) to prepare the car before we left. From the beginning to the end, Adam made a potentially tiring and difficult experience a pleasurable one.

Brad always does a wonderful job taking care of my car. I purchased my car in 2007 (M45) so, for 6 years I have had the privilege of the best automobile service I have ever had. When I call in for an appointment Brad is always able to accommodate me with a convenient appointment. When I arrive for my appointment, there is no waiting, I am taken right away. Brad is very thorough with what does and doesn't need to be done. He always has a nice rental car waiting for me, so, I am in and out of there in no time. He is very good about notifying me if there are any changes in the service plan, an additional charges, what the charges might be and I always get a call as soon as my car is ready. When I arrive to pick up my car it is the same thing--I am in and out quickly with a car that has been well taken care of and cleaner than when I brought it in. I used to find having my car serviced to be a pain in the neck. Not anymore. Frontier Infiniti and Brad Glincher always make sure my visit is well co-ordinated, fast and done right. I had a great experience working with Richard today. I've been to many car dealerships and have had many interactions with different types of cars salesmen but Richard has by far been the most polite, courteous and helpful. He wasn't intrusive or pushy with his questions at all which made me feel less pressured and more relaxed as a car buyer. Even though I may have not appeared liked the ideal customer (young 20s, with a college sweater on), his demeanor was more friendly and he seemed genuinely happy to assist me in any way.

My wife, Dona and I would like to thank Lee for the very professional way he dealt with us at Frontier Infiniti. He went out of his way for us with the test drive of a Infiniti JX35. I knew after my wife drove the vehicle that we would purchase a JX35. I had already made up my mine that this was the vehicle for us. His explanation of the vehicle and all of its features was excellent, plus he did some of the explanations more than once when we had questions.


Lee was extremely easy to work with as we built our JX35 on his computer. I was not pressured at all while we went through the negotiations for the purchase of the vehicle.


The next morning when we arrived to pick up the JX35, Lee had told me he would not be there as he had the day off. To our surprise, when we walked into the showroom, up popped Lee from his cubicle. He said he decided to delay his day off so he could be there when we got the keys to our new JX35. He took us out to the vehicle and explained everything to us about our JX35. This was extremely appreciated by my wife and myself.


As far as we are concerned Lee is the best, we will certainly send anyone we know who is interested in buying a new vehicle to Frontier Infinite because of the experience we had with everyone at Frontier Infiniti when we purchased our new vehicle.

I'd like to thank Ben for working with me twice in the second half of 2012 on the purchases of two CPO G37S. My story is not like most; let me explain...

During the month of May'12, my wife and I gave her our 528i for use in driving to school and school related activities. My wife and I visited Frontier Infiniti to see and drive the G37 Sedan after reading car magazine reviews. Perhaps this would be our first Infiniti after years of owning several BMWs.

Ben met us and took the time to step us through the various configurations of G37, and allowed us to drive the sport and non-sport models. We drove away as delighted owners of a G37S.

Five months later, that G37S was totaled in an accident. We returned to Frontier Infiniti to purchase another G37S. Ben met us, and again, made the process simple for us to procure a G37S with the same features as the previous car.

Dru Tran assisted me in my purchase of a 2012 M37. He greeted me when I walked up, answered all my questions intelligently and showed me the appropriate models and upgrades. He went on line to find the exact model and color combination I want expeditiously. During the negotiation, he did not waste my time. He got to the point of what he can do, talked to his manager several times.
If he had wasted my time, I would just walk out. He was friendly. When I look for another car in a year or so for my family and if I choose an Infiniti, I will definitely look for Dru.

He is a very friendly and cool type of guy - is very easy to talk to. You can almost discuss all your concerns regarding your car purchase - and you will get the sense that he is not just trying to sell the car - i can get the sense that he is trying to make me feel happy and comfortable. i would not have made my purchase, and would have walked away to next door where i could have purchased a similar type if it was not his excellent attitude. We even talked random things - he was both receptive and responsive. :-) Not only him, i found several other staff to be very friendly - even the finance person (forgot his name - sorry) - was very friendly - and never for a second tried to push for those addl. features that a dealer sells at the last table. But he did inform me about the addl. features and left it for me to decide. Actually, (while i am still going to figure how the car performs after a year or so), i had a very pleasant experience at Frontier Infiniti. People are really friendly and with good intentions geared for their customers.

He was a really good mentor for Mr. Paul who recently joined the company , and guided him through all the things to make sure my buying experience was really smooth.

Even during the negotiation stage , he understood all my requirements , and provided all the information from their side to make sure I made an informed decision. He did not rush me into anything and wasn't haggling to make the sale, this was the best thing for me as I do not want rapid fluctuation on price. The fluctuation is an indication for me that the initial quote was a really bad deal , and this could leave a bad taste in my mouth during the negotiation process.

I was very pleased with my experience at Frontier Infiniti on 10/2/12 and the Sales Rep Malcolm. I don't really enjoy the car buying experience so I put off getting a new car for quite a while. I saw the car I was interested in online and emailed to setup a time to see it. Malcolm was quick to respond and flexible with my schedule for a meeting. I found him to be very easy going, not pushy, and easy to work with. I told him where I needed to be on my trade and on the price of the car and he did his best to get there. I feel I got a good deal on a SUV that I really liked, I enjoyed working with Malcom, would recommend him, and would do business with him again.

I saw a Volvo S60 which I had been looking for as a daily driver for the past few weeks on the lot at Frontier Infiniti. I set up an Appointment with Adam last Saturday, came in and was welcomed by another salesman named Lee. Since Adam was busy, Lee took me on a test great test drive which took over 20 minutes to show me the performance or the S60. Once we got back, I was able to find a happy medium on price and agreed to purchase. During my wait to go into complete the paperwork, Lee asked me if I wanted a bit to eat and had me follow him over to a local deli where I was able to get a free lunch paid for by Frontier Infiniti.

William listens to what you have to say. I questioned why my service engine light was on and he took me to my car to show me that I hadn't tighten my gas cap. Simple answer quick fix. I told him that someone back into my car not only did he recommend someone for the repairs but he reminded me that it was comprehensive and not collision so I didn't have to pay as much deductible. Which made it a lot easeier to pay infinity 300 dollars for work I needed. Great guy.

I have been going to Brad since I first got my car in 2006. Recently, I made the mistake of going to another local Infiniti dealership to get a diagnosis and quote to fix an issue I was having with my airbags. The other dealership charged me a diagnosis fee, and told me the cost of the fix was going to be about $600 because my car was out of warranty. I called Brad, told him the situation and he had me in the next morning. Brad and the team at Frontier Infiniti found that my airbag issue was a part of some recall/extended warranty and fixed it for me at no cost! What the other dealership was going to charge me for, I have no idea, but I will never make the mistake of not going to Brad and the team at Frontier again.

Prior to receiving my Infiniti as a gift from a family member, I had never seriously considered purchasing an Infiniti. But I absolutely LOVE William Perry, and I'd hate to lose him as my service representative. He is hands-down, bar none, the best representative I've ever worked with. Because of his excellent service, an Infiniti G25 is on my short list of cars that I'm considering to replace my current car.

Dru Tran assisted me in my purchase of a 2012 M37. He greeted me when I walked up, answered all my questions intelligently and showed me the appropriate models and upgrades. He went on line to find the exact model and color combination I want expeditiously. During the negotiation, he did not waste my time. He got to the point of what he can do, talked to his manager several times.
If he had wasted my time, I would just walk out. He was friendly. When I look for another car in a year or so for my family and if I choose an Infiniti, I will definitely look for Dru.

He is a very friendly and cool type of guy - is very easy to talk to. You can almost discuss all your concerns regarding your car purchase - and you will get the sense that he is not just trying to sell the car - i can get the sense that he is trying to make me feel happy and comfortable. i would not have made my purchase, and would have walked away to next door where i could have purchased a similar type if it was not his excellent attitude. We even talked random things - he was both receptive and responsive. :-)

Not only him, i found several other staff to be very friendly - even the finance person (forgot his name - sorry) - was very friendly - and never for a second tried to push for those addl. features that a dealer sells at the last table. But he did inform me about the addl. features and left it for me to decide.

Actually, (while i am still going to figure how the car performs after a year or so), i had a very pleasant experience at Frontier Infiniti. People are really friendly and with good intentions geared for their customers.

This is a letter of recommendation for Malcolm Cohen. He assisted me with my selection of a new car and sold us an Infiniti QX56.

Malcolm is quite knowledgeable about the car he sold us. He knows all of the features and benefits and even the weight of the vehicle. He also knew a lot about the car we were trading in – a Ford Explorer – and he was able to readily explain the differences.

We really appreciated Malcolm’s helpfulness. I am extremely busy, and the fact that Malcolm was willing to drive our new car to the house is what sealed the deal. Once at the house, he spent a long time- approximately an hour and a half, perhaps longer – sitting in the car and going over each and every button and knob and how to use them. This was after he spent a long time thoroughly explaining the car, the Infiniti Personal Assistant, service, etc.

Before leaving, Malcolm even climbed up on a ladder in the garage and programmed the garage door opener in the new Infiniti. We really appreciate him doing that. Since he knew exactly how to do the programming, it took him only a few minutes, but it would have taken us a long time to find and figure out the directions in the manual and program it ourselves.

Lee helped me select the perfect Infiniti G37 in June-2011. He listened and provided all the right input needed to select the specific model, packages, options and lease terms. I visited the store twice before selecting on the specifics. Lee took the time to explain all the features before the first test drive. He then drove the car himself to 'show off' the car's capabilities, and then handed over the wheel to me.

Once I selected the specific car, Lee worked to identify a unit on their lot. The only thing I gave up on was the internal color. I wanted the light grey, but the only car that matched everything else I wanted exactly had a dark interior. The leasing process was quite simple and took about 3 hours in all. The negotiation process was comfortable enough and it was relatively easy to decline additional options at the time of financial paperwork.

Since we completed everything late in the night, Lee hand the keys to me and asked me to come anytime the next day to have the car fully cleaned. I then noticed that there were no carpets in the car. Lee arranged for new carpets at no cost to me.

Overall, a good purchase experience and a great car.

I first meet Lee back in the summer as I had my eye on a pre-owned Lexus SC300 they had on the lot. After many weeks of stopping my and speaking with him I finaly decided I had to buy that car before someone else took it home. I have enjoy the SC300 coupe for many months now and enjoy driving this classic.
I stopped in today to look at a 03 FX45 that I just saw and once again Lee wass there to answer all my questions. If things work out as planed, I will back in a couple of days to buy my second car from him. One of the big things I can say is that Lee truly cares about his clients as he email or calls me monthly to ask how I am doing and to check in on my son. You do not get that from other sales people. I can say that he is not only a wonderful sales person, he is also my friend.

I would highly ecommend Lee Quisenberry for anyone looking for a new Infiniti. Not only is he versed on the features of the two cars (G37 and EX 35) that I went to initially test drive, but he guided me to the PERFECT car that would fit my needs. With all the the luxury brands that I test drove no other sales person took the time to go over all the benifits that I was looking for in cars I wanted. He asked me questions about my family and work and then showed me the features that would fit best for my lifestyle.
Once we got on the road, he impressed me with the performance of each of the vehicles. The test drive was not normal 5 minute test drive with Audi and BMW. He took me out for over 20 minutes up 280 into beautiful Los Altos up and down hills and around sharp turns to show off the handeling of each of the vehicles.
I bought the G37, My new G37 which I will look forward every morning to drive to work and my friend when we go out shopping.
Lee stood out from ALL the others on Stevens Creek.
For Once I had Joyful time buying a new car.

I highly recommend Adam Legros. Adam is very knowledgeable about cars, not just Infiniti but also competing brands. He is also extremely pleasant to deal with -- friendly, honest, and definitely no-pressure. Adam was very patient and helpful as my wife and I figured out which car best fit our needs, which involved a lot of flip-flopping between color combinations! He gave us a thorough test drive, answering all the questions we had as well as important questions we had forgotten to ask. We had to leave for an hour in the middle of discussions to bring our kids to swim lessons, but that was no problem for Adam even though it meant he had to stay past closing time that night to finish the deal. Negotiations went smoothly and i felt that i was treated fairly. If you are thinking of buying an Infiniti you should definitely go see Adam!

Darin was patient and allowed me and my wife to look at a car at our own pace.
He did not provide us with useless information about the car. Instead he provided us with the information we were after. The reasons why we chose Infiniti over other brands. As a result we ended up with a rare '08 G35 S. Something we weren't considering at the time but we were glad we came across it at the end. 2.9% financing allowed us to consider a slightly higher priced car. Overall our experience was very good, and Darin has two more customers looking to use him in their next car purchase. I would recommend Darin to a friend.

I met Kurt when looking around at cars on Stevens Creek Blvd. New Years Day. There were a couple dealerships that were open, but the Frontier Infiniti wasn't. Kurt was there anyway and offered to give me a test drive... since it was technically his "day off", I let it slide, got his business card, and came back later.

When I returned about after about a week, it took a while to get a salesperson's attention (granted, I believe it was a weekend, and they were quite busy, and I didn't have an appointment). Once he was available, he was quite attentive and quickly let us (myself and my mother) a G37 coupe. Afterwards, he joined us for a test drive in another model of the G37 coupe. One was an automatic and one was manual. Both were 2012s.

After considering these and other options (had also driven the Nissan 370Z a couple times but found it too impractical -- lots of fun though), I decided on a black G37S 6MT and let him know. He was quite responsive, even over email during off-hours as late as 9PM often. He would always respond the same day or the next (the latter usually when I sent emails when most people are asleep).

During pricing negotiations, he did try to keep things lighthearted, and I do think that he got me a fairly decent deal. There were a lot of trips back and forth to the manager's office, but I guess that's how things generally go. He wasn't pushy on any extra features or support options.

We came back the next day to pick up the car. Kurt was quite thorough when describing the features and technical details about the car's options/functionality, despite claiming to be not very technically literate. ;) After about an hour of going through all the features, I happily drove off.

He has since called once or twice to check up on things just to make sure there aren't any issues, so he clearly cares that his customers are happy.

Overall, I would recommend Kurt primarily based on his responsiveness more than anything, but also on his personable nature and, from the best I can tell, honesty and integrity.

I had been interested I a G37 coupe for a long time and when the time was right Lee and the staff located a car that was configured exactly as I wanted; color, interior, packages and options matched exactly as I had built it on the Infiniti website. The car was shipped from a dealer in Arizona with one extra option that I decided to keep.

I've had the car for three days now and my wife raves about it more that I do!!!

Within a few minutes of my unscheduled arrival at the Frontier Infinity at Stevens Creek, I was approached by one of their sales consultant. His name was Malachy Smith. I found Malachy courteous and professional in his approach to me as a potential customer. He took his time to explain the Infinite G sedan line up and asked me whether I would be interested in test driving a G37 sedan. I drove the G37 and Malachy laid out the main features of the G37 sedan. He explained to me what sets the car apart from the comparable BMW, Lexus, and Acura sedans. I told him that I had to evaluate my other options before I could make an educated decision on the car I wanted. I was driving a BMW 325i at that time, but thanks to Malachy, I started to appreciate the value of the Infinite G37S sedan. After few days, when I called him back, Malachy was quick to make arrangements to entertain my request. He was able to find the right G37S for me. At that point, he handed me over to Darin Howard, another sales consultant at the Frontier Infinity. Darin is a super nice guy who tried his best to make my Frontier Infinity experience a pleasant one from the very beginning. After some negotiations, we settled on a common ground on the price and trade-in. I never felt pressured to do anything during the entire process. My car had to be brought from Concord and the next day delivery was done on time. On the score of 1 to 10, for 1 being the worst and 10 being the very best, I would score my experience with both Malachy, and Darin as perfect 10. They did a great job to get me the right car. I recommend them without any reservation.

I had a major maintenance service to my vehicle and Mr. Perry immediately updated and informed me of services recommended for my vehicle. He also accommodated an extra day for a loaner vehicle that helped tremendously with commuting to work. I did not have to change my work schedule and commute. When I decided to buy a new car after my move to the US from Canada I had a few different cars in mind. An Infiniti, a BMW, an Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. When I got on the Infiniti lot it only took about a minute before Lee came to help me -- A lot less time than at any of the other lots. He knew what he was talking about and he encouraged me to really experience the power of the G37. While I wanted the G37 because it impressed me more than the other cars, if I was stuck between two, I think Lee's attitude would have tipped me to the Infiniti regardless.

It was a pleasure dealing with Lee and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an Infiniti in the future.

Joe has been extremely helpful and impeccable with his follow up. I have always been reluctant to use dealerships for mechanical work but Joe has made the experience easy and satisfying. I will be bringing my car to Joe in the future.

Joe was very helpful finding a few things that I had not realized would have been covered under warranty. It was great having these items fixed. He was also helpful in addressing a long standing problem I have had about squeaking breaks. My neighbors no longer know when I leave for work in the morning as my car is finally silent again.
