I live in Pleasanton with my wife and three daughters. I'm on the Parks and Recreation Commission in Pleasanton, and the Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trails Committee. I have my private pilot's license and I enjoy flying around the Bay Area, hiking and biking, playing golf and going to NASCAR races.

In leasing a new FX37 this week, I was delighted (yes that's right.. Delighted) with the care and simplicity of my experience with Kurt Kummer. Thanks to Kurt for his effort to get a great deal for me on this Saturday which even exceed my expectation! I don't know how he made it happen , and its a used car i thought there must be something wrong with it so i can get the big discount?!, then i tested it on this Sunday for around 350 miles and everything is working fine now and hope it can also last longer than my expectation:).

We had amazing customer service. He was so helpful every step of the way. For the first time ever, buying a car was somewhat painless. We had our small children with us and they turned on video games and a movie and provided them with snacks. He tried to get us the most for our tradein so that we could actually buy the car that we wanted. I recommend using Frontier Infiniti and ask for Kurt.

My husband and I started driving "Infiniti " cars 7 years ago. We recently purchased the "JX" a week ago. The sales person "Kurt Kummer" was a delight to work with. Kurt was patient, knowledgeable, very honest and polite. Kurt was not in any way pushy, like a lot of other sales people are. If he didn't know the answer he went to his team and found the answers! So far, my husband and have had the "G37" then the "FX" then the "EX" and by far our new "JX" has surpassed our expectations.

After that, he driven with me for a test driver and a mechanical check I requested from the third party. It took us about an hour, but he was smiling from the beginning to the end.

I met Kurt when looking around at cars on Stevens Creek Blvd. New Years Day. There were a couple dealerships that were open, but the Frontier Infiniti wasn't. Kurt was there anyway and offered to give me a test drive... since it was technically his "day off", I let it slide, got his business card, and came back later.
When I returned about after about a week, it took a while to get a salesperson's attention (granted, I believe it was a weekend, and they were quite busy, and I didn't have an appointment). Once he was available, he was quite attentive and quickly let us (myself and my mother) a G37 coupe. Afterwards, he joined us for a test drive in another model of the G37 coupe. One was an automatic and one was manual. Both were 2012s.
After considering these and other options (had also driven the Nissan 370Z a couple times but found it too impractical -- lots of fun though), I decided on a black G37S 6MT and let him know. He was quite responsive, even over email during off-hours as late as 9PM often. He would always respond the same day or the next (the latter usually when I sent emails when most people are asleep).
During pricing negotiations, he did try to keep things lighthearted, and I do think that he got me a fairly decent deal. There were a lot of trips back and forth to the manager's office, but I guess that's how things generally go. He wasn't pushy on any extra features or support options.
We came back the next day to pick up the car. Kurt was quite thorough when describing the features and technical details about the car's options/functionality, despite claiming to be not very technically literate. ;) After about an hour of going through all the features, I happily drove off.
He has since called once or twice to check up on things just to make sure there aren't any issues, so he clearly cares that his customers are happy.
Overall, I would recommend Kurt primarily based on his responsiveness more than anything, but also on his personable nature and, from the best I can tell, honesty and integrity.

Without an appointment, I was prepared to wait for the next available salesperson to assist me. After admiring a couple of vehicles on the showroom floor for a few minutes, Kurt approached me and introduced himself.
