Ben was extremely helpful and informative. He demonstrated his knowledge and his experience immediately which made me feel like he wasn't just selling the car but truly enjoys and is a fan of the Infiniti brand. Ben is an exceptional sales person, the best i have ever dealt with. he worked with me with patience and care for all the transactions (trade in old car, get a new car, and get maintenance plan). he answered all my questions and concerns. he gave me very competitive price without much hassle, and i ultimately decided to buy from him because of his care for customer, not only before the transaction but also after the transaction. i will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. i rate him 10/10.

I'd like to thank Ben for working with me twice in the second half of 2012 on the purchases of two CPO G37S. My story is not like most; let me explain...
During the month of May'12, my wife and I gave her our 528i for use in driving to school and school related activities. My wife and I visited Frontier Infiniti to see and drive the G37 Sedan after reading car magazine reviews. Perhaps this would be our first Infiniti after years of owning several BMWs.
Ben met us and took the time to step us through the various configurations of G37, and allowed us to drive the sport and non-sport models. We drove away as delighted owners of a G37S.
Five months later, that G37S was totaled in an accident. We returned to Frontier Infiniti to purchase another G37S. Ben met us, and again, made the process simple for us to procure a G37S with the same features as the previous car.
We are delighted with the car and with the service Ben provided us on both occassions, and are happy to recommend Ben to our family and readers of this note.
