Mike is very straight and upfront about what can and can 't be done when I bring my car in.
He makes decisions quickly which is also nice. He called to let me know what the techs found with my car. He made sure my car was delivered at the promised time.

Aside from being very personable, Mike is also knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He walks you through the process well, and explains things clearly. His estimates on how long things will take to complete are excellent, and he manages the visit in a cheerful and professional manner.

It was my first visit to this dealership. My service went very well, quickly and efficiently Mike did a great job getting my car in service and explaining everything he was very professional. He also showed me a few other cars that I may be interested in. Defiantely would come back again.

Mike was so helpful when I brought in my G37 for service. He was very friendly and even bonded over the fact that we went to the same high school! He also believed me when I said the online price of my service was lower than the estimate he gave me and changed it immediately. Unlike most salesmen, he didn't try to add on a bunch of other things I needed to get "fixed" and I really appreciated that. I am definitely coming back to Mike for my next service!

I have worked Mike Lyons twice since I purchased my Infiniti G37 and both experiences were great. Mike is friendly, professional and very knowledgable. Both times he was ready to see me at my appointed time, he explained what work would be done and when my car would be ready. He keeps you informed either with a phone call or via e.mail. My car was ready when promised. It's a pleasure working with Mike Lyons and Frontier Infiniti.

Mike was awesome. He went above and beyond whenever we talked on the phone. He made me feel at ease that everything would work out no matter what. It was a very tough time for be because I had a family member pass away and I had to take the loaner car to southern California for the funeral. I had to leave on business travel the next day and I could not get the loaner back in time. I called and Mike said, simply, "Take care of your family, and don't worry about the rest." Mike always does a great job with my car. I took my car in for it's routine service and Mike alerted me that I was eligible to use the rest of my warranty for some upgrades on my G37. I got a new steering wheel, stick shift and handle bars. These small details make a big difference on the car. Had Mike not mention I still had time left on my warranty I wouldnt of receive these upgrades to my car. I appreciate your honesty and great service !

I would like to thank mike a lot for the great customer service.He took the time to listen to what i have to say.He was very knowledgeable and provide me with answers to all my concerns. During the time my car was at service, he called me multiple times just to give me an update on whats going on with the service which is something I really liked. To be honest, even though I didn't buy my car from Frontier Infiniti, I'm considering having my car serviced by you guys and the obvious reason is how mike set the bar really high.

Mike was very professional and courteous. He immediately sensed that I was intent on getting back to work and he got me into a service loaner very quickly. I appreciated the service report that was generated and provided to me and I appreciate that they found and fixed a nail that was in one of my tires. Mike Lyons is awesome and I enjoyed working with him in regards to my service appt for my Infiniti. I have worked with a couple other service reps in the past but I didn't have a good connection as I did with Mike. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle maintenence. I trust him with my vehicle and the advice he gives about it. If I ever go back for service I am definitely requesting Mike as my main service rep!

Great customer service! Mike took care of everything in my car. I came in for my 30k maintenance, but I told Mike about a few minor things that the car needed such as installing a front license plate, fixing the net in the trunk and detailing a small nick on the side door. Mike got it all done at no charge and with no issues. Thank you Frontier Infiniti you guys always take care of me and my G37!
