Lee Quisenberry assisted us in the purchase of our third Infiniti from Frontier Infiniti, San Jose, California. He is a very personable, polite gentleman who listens to his customers and their questions, whatever they may be. Lee knows the product (car) well and was most helpful in explaining the features of our new Infiniti G37 Journey sedan. He handled some of the paper work involved and helped us easily transfer information from our cell phones to the navigation system in our car, as well as handling a few other things. My wife, Dona and I would like to thank Lee for the very professional way he dealt with us at Frontier Infiniti. He went out of his way for us with the test drive of a Infiniti JX35. I knew after my wife drove the vehicle that we would purchase a JX35. I had already made up my mine that this was the vehicle for us. His explanation of the vehicle and all of its features was excellent, plus he did some of the explanations more than once when we had questions.
Lee was extremely easy to work with as we built our JX35 on his computer. I was not pressured at all while we went through the negotiations for the purchase of the vehicle.
The next morning when we arrived to pick up the JX35, Lee had told me he would not be there as he had the day off. To our surprise, when we walked into the showroom, up popped Lee from his cubicle. He said he decided to delay his day off so he could be there when we got the keys to our new JX35. He took us out to the vehicle and explained everything to us about our JX35. This was extremely appreciated by my wife and myself.
As far as we are concerned Lee is the best, we will certainly send anyone we know who is interested in buying a new vehicle to Frontier Infinite because of the experience we had with everyone at Frontier Infiniti when we purchased our new vehicle.

I saw a Volvo S60 which I had been looking for as a daily driver for the past few weeks on the lot at Frontier Infiniti. I set up an Appointment with Adam last Saturday, came in and was welcomed by another salesman named Lee. Since Adam was busy, Lee took me on a test great test drive which took over 20 minutes to show me the performance or the S60. Once we got back, I was able to find a happy medium on price and agreed to purchase. During my wait to go into complete the paperwork, Lee asked me if I wanted a bit to eat and had me follow him over to a local deli where I was able to get a free lunch paid for by Frontier Infiniti.
I highly recommend everyone at Frontier Infiniti. Thank you to Lee, Alex, and Adam, you guys are the great.

My husband and I had been looking for a vehicle for the past 6 months. We were very particular about what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. We took the chance and drove 4 hours based on a phone conversation with Lee regarding the vehicle. This was our first purchase from Infiniti and our overall experience was outstanding. Lee was honest, down to earth and responsive without ever being pushy or overbearing. We were able to work out a trade and purchase our car without the usual stress one deals with at an auto dealership. The entire process was respectful and we were given 5 star customer service throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Lee and Frontier Infiniti to our family and friends. Lee is a seasoned, honest sales person with great people skills. I visited him as I was interested in buying a FX35. He gave me a thorough rundown of the vehicle. I found him to be very knowledgeable. Lee has great patience and does not play nonsense preying tactics like other sales person at various dealerships. Best part was the test drive that Lee guided us through. He ensured that we get a feel of bumpy, windy roads along with great highway lines. He tried to understand my personal likes/dislikes, financial situation and helped me guide accordingly. I highly recommend Lee. Don't forget to go on his guided test drives. Lee helped me select the perfect Infiniti G37 in June-2011. He listened and provided all the right input needed to select the specific model, packages, options and lease terms. I visited the store twice before selecting on the specifics. Lee took the time to explain all the features before the first test drive. He then drove the car himself to 'show off' the car's capabilities, and then handed over the wheel to me.
Once I selected the specific car, Lee worked to identify a unit on their lot. The only thing I gave up on was the internal color. I wanted the light grey, but the only car that matched everything else I wanted exactly had a dark interior. The leasing process was quite simple and took about 3 hours in all. The negotiation process was comfortable enough and it was relatively easy to decline additional options at the time of financial paperwork.
Since we completed everything late in the night, Lee hand the keys to me and asked me to come anytime the next day to have the car fully cleaned. I then noticed that there were no carpets in the car. Lee arranged for new carpets at no cost to me.
Overall, a good purchase experience and a great car.

I first meet Lee back in the summer as I had my eye on a pre-owned Lexus SC300 they had on the lot. After many weeks of stopping my and speaking with him I finaly decided I had to buy that car before someone else took it home. I have enjoy the SC300 coupe for many months now and enjoy driving this classic.
I stopped in today to look at a 03 FX45 that I just saw and once again Lee wass there to answer all my questions. If things work out as planed, I will back in a couple of days to buy my second car from him. One of the big things I can say is that Lee truly cares about his clients as he email or calls me monthly to ask how I am doing and to check in on my son. You do not get that from other sales people. I can say that he is not only a wonderful sales person, he is also my friend.

Not only is he versed on the features of the two cars (G37 and EX 35) that I went to initially test drive, but he guided me to the PERFECT car that would fit my needs. I bought my fully loaded Infiniti G37 on Sunday 1/15/12, my salesman was Lee Quisenberry and he was awesome, he made the sale! I had 3 cars I wanted to see and drive at different dealerships in town, Lee was the best salesperson by far. He explained EVERY litte thing about the G37, in detail. At first I just wanted to drive but after going to all 3 dealerships I realized that was one of the most important steps in my car buying. I thank him and his knowledge about my G37. When I decided to buy a new car after my move to the US from Canada I had a few different cars in mind. An Infiniti, a BMW, an Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. When I got on the Infiniti lot it only took about a minute before Lee came to help me -- A lot less time than at any of the other lots. He knew what he was talking about and he encouraged me to really experience the power of the G37. While I wanted the G37 because it impressed me more than the other cars, if I was stuck between two, I think Lee's attitude would have tipped me to the Infiniti regardless.
It was a pleasure dealing with Lee and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an Infiniti in the future.
