I play drums in an old farts cover band. My experience with Harlan has been by far my best in purchasing a car and customer service. I have already recommended him and the dealership to many.
He genuinely took time to get to know me and my needs.
Besides the quality of cars it was the quality of the person that made for one stop shopping for me.

As someone who has a background in customer service, I can say without any hesitation I would recommend both Harlan and the Frontier Infiniti staff as a place to purchase a car or service your car. I have been doing business with Harlan for more than 3 years and the amount of courtesy and professionalism he has extended to both me and other customers I have referred to him goes above and beyond any experience I have ever had at a dealership.
My previous vehicle was a Mercedes CLK 320 and the service at the MB dealership( i dealt with 2 different ones) was good most of the time, but the service received from Harlan and his staff is personal and you know they really care that you are happy with your purchase.
They make it easy to bring your car in for service (which let's face it, is not on the top 10 things you want to do).
Harlan has created an environment at the dealership that the customer experience should be the number one priority, and you can tell that it is.
I will continue to deal with Harlan for all my car needs, whether it be buying a new car, servicing my current car, or feeling confident I can tell my friends to call him for those same needs.
At the end of the day Harlan has made it so I have one less thing to worry about, my car.
That I have left in his most capable hands.

After having some challenges with other car dealerships in the Bay Area... I decided to try Frontier Infiniti. I have to say that this was THE BEST car buying experience that I have ever had. Frontier Infiniti truly has a very pleasant and knowledgeable staff led by Harlan McHugh. Harlan always greets you with a smile and is right there to answer any of my questions. He helped me to select the perfect new Infiniti, for an unbeatable price. I couldn't be happier to recommend Frontier Infiniti to everyone.
